There is a hierarchy of heaven: earth-dwelling heaven, air-dwelling heaven, and meditation heaven. There is a distinction between cultivated and rewarded heavenly eyes. Ordinary ghosts and gods have heavenly eyes at different levels, called the difference of shades. Since the gods are not bound by the body, only the spiritual power can move and reduce the obstruction of objects. A psychic, i.e., a person who is anchored and attached to the ghosts and gods, is a person who receives retribution through the heavenly eyes of the ghosts and gods and can see things that are invisible to humans. For human beings, it is possible to obtain the heavenly eye by practicing meditation; however, the purpose of meditation is not to obtain the heavenly eye, another method is to specifically cultivate the body, however, if the heavenly eye is cultivated, then it does not mean that one has entered meditation.
