Every night at midnight purple clouds danced with the red sky. It was a sight that only the lucky few got to witness. Most people were already tucked up in their beds, fast asleep, unaware of the magical spectacle taking place outside.

But those who were alert were rewarded with a spectacular display. The clouds swirled and swirled, their colors blending together like paint on a canvas. The reddened sky turned an even deeper crimson red, and it looked like it was on fire.

No one knew why this happened every night at midnight. Some said it was the work of the gods, while others said it was the work of malevolent spirits. But one thing was certain - it was magical.

Faye had always been fascinated by purple clouds. Every night she waited impatiently for the clock to strike twelve to watch them dance with the sky. Her parents didn't understand her attraction, but they let her be.

One night, Faye decided to go outside and take a closer look at the purple clouds. She slid out of her bedroom window and leaned toward the garden, where she had the best view of the sky. As she approached the park, she heard a soft sound. It was coming from the clouds. She quickened her pace, her heart racing with excitement. When she reached the clearing, she saw a group of small creatures dancing around purple clouds. They were no bigger than her palm, and their wings glistened in the moonlight. Faye couldn't believe her eyes. She had heard stories about fairies and sprites, but she had never seen one in real life. She watched in awe as they flew around the clouds.

Suddenly, one of the fairies saw her. It's wings flew towards her creating a gentle breeze. Faye caught her breath as she landed on her outstretched arm.

"Goodbye," the fairy said in a whisper. "What brings you here at this hour?" Faye was too stunned to speak. She could only stare at the small creature in awe. The fairy smiled. "Don't worry little one. We mean you no harm. We've come to dance with these clouds.

"Faye finally found her voice. "Are you for real?" The fairy nodded. "Of course we're real. We've been dancing with the clouds for as long as anyone can remember. "Faye was still in disbelief. "But…how? Why haven't I seen you before?" The fairy smiled. "Not everyone can see us. Only those who believe in magic and have a pure heart. "Faye felt a warm glow in her chest. She always believed in magic, even though her parents didn't. Now, she has proof that it exists.

The fairy flew away from her hand and joined its companions. They continued their dance around the purple clouds, their laughter echoing through the park.

Faye watched them for a while longer before heading back home. She knew her parents would be worried if she disappeared. She couldn't help but feel surprised as she crept back to her bedroom window. She saw something that most people would never believe was real. But, it happened over their heads every night at midnight.

Faye made arrangements to visit the park at midnight every night from that night on. She watched the fairies dance with the clouds, and sometimes they even let her join them. Her parents never knew about her nocturnal escapades, but Faye didn't care. She had found something that made her heart sing.
