If I feel aggrieved, what should I do?

Human nature interpretation

Whether you are a national hero or an ordinary citizen, you will encounter grievances and will be exasperated. Grievances in the heart are something that often happens to everyone.

But here, the "injustice" I want to explore does not include moral imbalance, poor human relations and lawlessness in extreme social chaos. I just want to think about the tremors, cracks and collapses that occur to everyone when they experience unexpected events, as well as better and appropriate ways to deal with them.

To gain an understanding of "grievances in the heart" from a small point, although it can not fully deal with troubled times, but nine times out of ten, it can also help people tide over the crisis. Han Xin was one of the greatest contributors to the founding of the people's Republic of China in the Han Dynasty, but he finally hurt himself because he was too casual to express his inner unease, and because he was out of control of the arrogance brought by the transcendental talent.

Everyone acts in society with his own imagination, with the "should be" and "should be expected" that has been formed. When we come into new contact with a place or something, we all like to look at the environment in terms of what we should look like; when the environment is too different from the imagined world, there will be grievances in our hearts.

This injustice is like a dose of poison. In serious cases, it makes us confused and emotionally miserable, and people walk in the world like a godless zombie. The individual is deprived of his will to life. Temporary frustration, depravity can also make people understand, long-term loss of mind will make people tired and disgusted.

Personal things are still small, at most, they only affect their own future and state of life, and what is more frightening is to extend their feelings of grievance to others. We are unusual, not only complain about the environment, but also blame the officer, and even vent these grievances on others.

These grievances can make gentle monks show ferocious and despicable faces, and make loving teachers arrogant and wanton regardless of face. In fact, this is extraordinarily self-indulgent, not self-evident, selfish rather than just.

Everything has an incomplete side, and the perfect tone is almost all lies. Things are not going well, the officer is not reliable, these are all external causes. There is absolutely no need for us to fall into a depraved situation because of external causes, and completely sell our personal credit, morality, and enterprise to pieces. This is not only unwise, but also puts people in danger, especially in times of war.

Not everyone is plain sailing and everything is ready, and almost everyone is dancing in chains. The grievances in your heart are only youthful ignorance; even if you have a gray beard, it only means that the experience of life has been wasted, and you have not gained experience from repeated blows.

Even if the imperfections of others have a great impact on the situation, it is difficult to stop you from choosing an aggressive posture and choosing a direction that can be broken through in a restricted environment. There is absolutely no need for us to avenge our grievances by self-damage. in the end, only ourselves will be hurt.

The boring environment and people are still unscathed, and you are the one to blame. When we scold and do not take responsibility, no matter how much grievances we have in our hearts, we will always be losers and unreasonable troublemakers.

Instead of doing this, it is better to adapt to the environment and others, pretend to be lovable, treat yourself sincerely, practice your conscience, and pursue your inner dreams. People do not sympathize with the weak, ignorant and irresponsible people. They all love and admire those who are successful and strong.

Of course, the long-term strength is not domineering, but introverted and reserved, knowing how to give up and give in. He who can endure temporary injustice is strong; he who can endure injustice for a long time is a wise man; he who can endure injustice and patiently adhere to his own direction is a wise man who "builds walls high, accumulates grain widely, and secretly controls Chen Cang".

The vast majority of those who overexert their abilities and misuse their courage cannot last a long time. First, they mean to protect their lives for a long time, and second, they mean to persist for a long time. What if I feel aggrieved? I'm a big man, and I can stand it!
