To a Good Sence of Peaceful Serenity
When you are doing something that is not so Dangerous or needs your complete attention, you can let the mind travel to a far-off place called (peaceful serenity Land), where nature is at its best and you can enjoy it in all of its glory.
Watch as the natural land reveals itself to anyone who will take a little time and open your mind's eye to the wonderment of nature in all of Nature's natural glory.
As nature is viewed, lookup with your eyes closed, and feel the warmth of the hot sun, as it is very soothing and very nourishing to the body to soak up, do not soak too long, you will get a bad sunburn, then you defeat the purpose of the calm setting.
When you feel you are done, then look down at the ground with a look of amazement at the active life on the ground, and then in the air, and enjoy all the wonders of the natural life that is all around you.
As you are viewing all the insects in the activities of their lives, the animals in their natural habitats, and the four elements of nature; (wind), is the result of the jetstream flowing thru the trees and breathing life into our planet so that the planet can continue to keep us all alive, (water), is from the clouds that supply water to the trees, the water to the oceans and the babbling brooks and the streams and the waterfalls of the earth, (earth), is the planet and the mountains which can be a natural shelter for most animals, and the ground which we walk on to keep ourselves physically fit, (fire), it burns life into the forests of the world, with the renewal of life, as nature sees fit to do so when needed, volcanoes reshape the planet, as it reforms and molds the tectonic plates to renew the earth's suroundings for life to continue to grow for the better, and we still sit back in amazement, as the earth continues to regenerate itself continually, over, and over with new life, and think wow. This is so overwhelmingly majestic.
That is nature's example of strength to show that our problems can just disappear, just like that! We should be able to handle anything, if nature can, so can We…
When you are done and you open your eyes you can take on the world with a renewed sense of energy and grace that nobody can take away from you, ever, or at any time, or at any place or by anybody, we will always be unique, because we were made with our own special gifts, to be a very special part of natures big picture, nature will always be able to survive, nature is encoded in its chromosomes or D.N.A. on how to survive, and always will. I love that about nature when I have my mask on, I am allergic to nature, but I will still enjoy all of nature's glory because nature is continually changing all the time, nothing will ever be the same again, the planet is always renewing the planet for the better witch is a wondrous thing to see, and sometimes feel when you are in the correct spot to observe that particular creative moment to happen, for the better of the planet.
This is what I do when life gets me down, I think of Nature, and Us, to survive. My gift to all of us. Is my green thumb, and my mind's eye for nature's natural beauty, a gift I did not know I had. I will continue with the gift, for as long as I can. It is fun to watch nature at work, nature always knows what it is doing, and is not afraid to change for the better.

Trying to be like my Parents
When I was born, I had too many problems, wrong with my body. I had allergies, digestive issues, bad coordination, and bad eyesight. I spent most of my life trying to be normal and failed at it. I could have been the boy in the plastic bubble. But I did not want to be different, but my blood- chromosomes were in charge. So I dealt with just trying to survive all the time.

Mountain of the Moon
In the core of the African landmass, settled among the tough pinnacles of the Rwenzori Mountains, lies a position of secret and miracle known as the Pile of the Moon. Its grandiose highest points, covered in fog and legend, have dazzled the minds of pioneers and explorers for quite a long time.Among those attracted to its otherworldly charm was a young lady named Lina. Brought into the world in the clamouring city of Kampala, Lina grew up hearing accounts of the Pile of the Moon from her grandma, who discussed its secret fortunes and old mysteries with a feeling of love.As a youngster, Lina would frequently look at the far-off tops, considering what secrets lay concealed in the midst of the twirling mists. $#*£ Resilience
I was going to relax this evening. Tune out, hunker down, look after myself. I need it. I am exhausted. Thoroughly used up. And it's only Wednesday. Not even half way through the week. A week that in the UK, is Mental Health Awareness week. I don't know who decides these things, who gets to co-opt a day, a week, a month, and declare it a thing about a thing. But I do know a lot about mental health. I know a lot about mental health AND I know a lot about working for the UK's National Health Service. And so it was with interest that I clicked play on the below video, earlier today. By the time I finished, I was in tears.
