Part 1, Chapter 1

THE END

It takes a fully integrated and complex society to maintain a presence on planets other than the one you were born on.

After the cataclysm, the surviving technology in the deep underground bases and the scant few underwater cities remaining was, at that time, truly capable of interplanetary travel and settlement. Within a generation though, much of the technology had faded to folklore and ancient mystical ‘majik’ as it was no longer supported by the infrastructure it required. It truly was, for their civilization, the end.

The never-ending search to find the necessities for supporting life combined with a basic anarchistic social fabric saw the species decline in spiritual awareness and cohesion. There was a lack of meaning, and definitely no direction for the bedraggled, exhausted populous. They had somehow, through seemingly coincidental and synchronistic events made it to this place, this unfamiliar underground city, often alone. For many, there was not even a distant relative recognisable in the sea of distraught faces. The biggest impact on these beings however was the lack of spiritual understanding of the events that had just taken place. The shock of losing their entire surface-based star travelling civilization in one violent, unexpected day was beyond the ability of many to comprehend. This was the primary reason for the species to slip backwards in evolutionary terms.

Collaborative endeavour was not the strong suit for these peoples and was a significant factor in their demise. There were a few, one might call “hard core” zealots. Hell bent on retaining their civilizations hard-won knowledge and abilities. By ensuring caches of teachings and technological artefacts were hidden and accessible by only themselves, they became the unseen high priests, the Maji, the silent rulers and manipulators of the new underworld.

These high priests understood that the decision to remove an asteroid from its orbit near Mars and crash it into the Yucatan Peninsula had been made and implemented through deliberate action.. The enabling process to this decision, though vaguer in clarity than the physical act of destruction became secondary to the desire to reseed their race. Inevitably, not becoming enlightened by clarifying the important issue of why the decision was made meant salvation was almost impossible. The spiritual ascendence of a species is the primary objective of life, with all other matters of civilization and self flowing from that singular purpose. Any species that acts in Ignorance or defiance of the subject will ensure it sits perilously on the cliff of annihilation, to be obliterated in seconds by a silent, invisible deft hand, no matter their perceived power and resilience.

Somehow, life underground persisted, albeit hanging by the gaunt thread of spiritual optimism that; one day they could return to the surface and reclaim their glory. Even this idea faded quickly amongst the populous who’s main concern was survival and allocation of meagre resources. At some point it was not even recognized by the peoples that they lived many miles below the surface of a spherical planet. A dreary unfulfilled, unspiritual life slowly ground on….and on.

Over time, the paths to the surface were forgotten and lost to the people. The secretive Maji, through a process of rigorous, highly clandestine rituals and rites managed to hold a vestige of the ideas and concepts that may, one day, lead to a time when they could go back up and reclaim their sovereignty.

Life on the surface of the planet and the oceans took thousands of years to reseed as most organic life was destroyed either directly or through the domino effect of massive ecosystem collapse.

The surface of the planet was generally not inhabitable for many thousands of years. Some small mammals and reptiles managed to hang on by eking out an existence in circumstances far from ideal for evolution. Eventually, life would regain a foothold and begin to produce startlingly incredible results.

Chronologically, it was difficult for the specialist team to ascertain how long it had been since their species eyes had inhaled light from the star that birthed and invigorated their planet. Finally, determination, driven mainly by retribution for failure, had led them to break through the last great seal and make their way to the surface. The hardened team stood there on a mountainside, gazing upon a renewed, colourful, vibrant planet. They each inhaled deeply the unfamiliar fragrance of clean, flowing air, imbued with the fragrances of life. Thoroughly trained, toughened and single-minded as they were, emotion, not usually associated with their species quickly overcame them, all but one of them cried. The commander.

The commander finally took control of his small team. Now they were on top of the ground instead of underneath, they had a job to do. Recon and report.

Chapter 2

YES

Yes.

It was the only choice of the two possible answers to their mission directive.

“Was life for our species now possible on the surface?”

Everything else was ancillary to the core directive.

As destiny would have it, the ancillary became everything.

The last time any surface expedition was mounted was 1,000 years ago, the last of the dangerous, usually deadly missions had been undertaken every 100 years, to find and survey the surface for liveability. Every mission, if they even managed to return, solemnly described a surface too hostile and alien for resuscitating the species. Too hot, too cold, noxious gasses, incredible storms, volcanic eruptions, mud flows, volatility everywhere. “No” was always the definitive answer. Until volunteers were too scarce to train due to the lethargy associated with the outdated and now almost meaningless myth that there was another world waiting up there. It was then that the Maji resolved within themselves that it was, for now beyond their reach and the missions were stopped.

One day, they knew, perhaps not even in their grandchildren’s grandchildren’s lifetime, the myth would finally give way to reality.

Today was that day.

Surprisingly, the revelations, rather than having a galvanizing effect on the population, cleaved it into two steadfast factions. Factions often so hostile to each other that they would reach the point of violence.

The much larger faction of society were those who, perhaps through fear supported by myopic ideas did not fancy the perils of re-establishing themselves in an alien environment, fraught with the associated struggles and uncertainty. Life here, they considered, was pretty good. Why swap it for a mythical fantasy land where nothing was certain.

Planning for the ascent was, therefore not broadcast widely as there were societal repercussions to being involved with the “rising cult”. Small determined groups went, to turn a phrase, underground.

Chapter 3

A Scent

It was determined bases would be established near to the surface, perhaps a mile or two. The base shall be a staging area with familiar environmental processes and purposeful colonial facilities that would enable the slow and steady establishment of a surface civilisation.

The general rule was, if you could smell the surface air you were engaged with the surface. The bases needed to be isolated form inadvertent wanderings of surface beings. A scent from the surface meant the base was too close.

Time moves differently deep within a planet. In fact, more than 15 Thousand years had passed since the cataclysm. Not that it made much difference to the tribe coming up from below. Those that had shown to be adept were quietly trained in the now considered “dark arts” the ancient knowledge and practice of telepathy, bio morphism and importantly, combat.

The lapsed time had a significant impact on the surface dwellers. Evolution had sped along as it does, changing species characteristics and abilities even in a single lifetime.

The surface was now replete with sentient, higher functioning, some even transcendent, beings.

Two distinct civilizations were discernible to the old newcomers.

There were the giant mountain-creating beings at home in their mountains.

There was also a confederation of species that occupied the lowlands.

Chapter 4

Languish

For a sentient, social being, communication with other beings is essential for spiritual awareness and growth. This communication enables collaboration, sharing, empathy and above all, love. It is possible, in fact essential to enhance individual capabilities not only within a specie but across specie and ultimately dimensions.

To confine a being to a spoken language is to incarcerate the spirit and cause the physical being to languish. Language is limiting in the extreme. It is often said a picture is worth a thousand words. A telepathic communication incorporates not only ideas but; emotion, intent, desire, understanding, possibilities, history, concepts, sensation, and ultimately a presentation of the soul from one being to another (or many at once.) It could be said that telepathic communication is worth a billion words…in an instant.

To communicate and therefore mostly think in terms of a formal language using words is to imprison the mind and soul to thought process that are at best limiting. At worst, debilitating. For the very language being spoken is a construct of the mind and not of the mind utilising them. The language has been formed with rules and connotation, innuendo and subterfuge by minds that have preceded the individual in society. In other words, the rules and use of the language have been made up and agreed to by individuals using their minds. Who is it to say that their minds are better at describing and elucidating an idea of some type than that of a new born baby? Conceit lies at the centre of language. To have mastered a language is to be the orator of choice for representing those with limited training or understanding of prose, inflection, context and ultimately purpose.

As there is no clear example in this story so far to elucidate our point, we must bring ourselves momentarily out of this parable to the current operating paradigm the reader, (you) are operating from. The human construct of societal control that utilises language as one of the many invisible yokes grinding your physical and spiritual being to an exhausted and unfulfilled end. The Legal system.

The human legal system is a case in point, in fact the case in point. The human legal system refers to those self-representing as having a” fool for a client”. Legalise is a language scantly understood by the bourgeoise and not at all by lower classes. This is a tried-and-true method for managing a society with “classes” which ultimately is a ruse and cover for the word “slavery”. Undeserved ignominy is served to those wishing to step above their stratified caste. Viewed as hubris by the ruling classes, the perpetrator is usually dispatched from the dock with a debilitating fiscal body blow that ensures they not only cower into submission on the next interaction but serve as a shining example to the rest of the flock.

Thank you for enduring that Segway, it’s importance will become clear further on. For now, we return to our story…

Chapter 5

Ego’s Vibrant Edge

Both civilisations on the surface were not only highly telepathic, they were also telekinetic alchemists. Societal collaboration combined with a deep understanding of the natural field (or ether) enabled abilities that included creating matter with the mind. Their puissant application of these skills created magnificent artefacts. Pure marble castles as large as modern mountains comprising huge cavernous rooms and doorways. Glistening white so brightly on the horizon that the human eye would have to squint to not be blinded by its brilliance. Set this against a vast blue ocean where the mountainous buildings rub shoulders and overlay each other. A vista of accomplishment that dominates the landscape it resides in. The colours red, blue, green for the monochrome behemoths. Striated, flowing rainbows of colour for others and every combination in between. This is what stimulates and drives what we call the Ego to positive, assertive, loving and extremely powerful action.

Mountains on top of mountains, making the homes of the giants almost too great to behold.

To view this world is to behold soul vibrancy in its purest form. The energy, enthusiasm, the lust for full exploration and expression of the power of soul spirit combined with the prefect expression of the same plasma DNA possessed by all living things. The achievements of the living, from the smallest baby in an elegant crib to the giants in their magnificent mountainous creations is captured by the retina in the eye and sent to the brain as an act of physical light, electrical impulses and chemistry. The deeper effect of understanding, however is far more esoteric and powerful. It has direct and lasting impact on the soul spirit. The soul spirit glows with unimaginable, inspirational light. It would make a present-day human weep for what might have been or what might have been lost. Cracking open the door for an instant, just a peek, a glimpse of an ancient, deep knowing we have of what sentient, passionate, clear-minded beings can create with true collaboration. Collaboration devoid of self-interest, powered by the love of seeing another being embellish their soul with the light of creation from your own soul. That joy, that pure content happiness of cocreation is what the Ego is really for. For it is truly something to aspire to and be proud of. It is what we can create and experience, should we choose.

The old-new arrivals were in awe of the achievements accomplished by both civilizations.

The giant beings had built mountain castles as homes that stretched well beyond the clouds, dwarfing a hill like Mt Everest. Intense colours and beautiful, flowing structures complimented gigantic, waterfalls cascading into bright fresh pools. Colossal, natural looking features that disappeared into the clouds only to reappear far, far away, returning through the clouds as though they did not touch the ground. Indeed, some huge independent structures did not touch the ground, such was their energetic engagement with mother Earth and the cosmos. Leveraging and focussing magnetism and energy vortexes, integral mechanisms of third dimension reality was at the core of their concepts.

Content with their unity and understanding of their oneness with the cosmos and the creator, the giant beings had no ambition or desire to travel into space.

Of the mammalian species, one in particular was highly ambitious in their technological achievements, their focus; to share and grow their Love Light as widely as possible. Already colonising other planets in other star systems, generously assisting other species to gain more wisdom and soul light. This specie was truly awe inspiring. Their cities were huge, with incredible metal and glass towers, combined with alchemic stonework that lasted thousands of years untouched by the elements of nature. The stone buildings acted as conduits to energies unbeknown to the newcomers’ previous civilisation.

Gigantic, gleaming pyramids served many functions including, but not limited to; assisting travel through wormholes, healing illness, stellar communication as well as specific energy concentration and dissemination. One glorious complex of pyramids in particular celebrated this culture with a giant stone effigy of the master race. The effigy spoke to the cooperation, coherence, generosity of this specie and reflected the great societal love and appreciation of the same. Their position as masters was not gleaned through domination and coercion of others. They were openly celebrated as the master race, true empathetic teachers with the ability to collaborate across species. Enhancing all interactions with insightful reasoning, humility, understanding and care that had the sole purpose of spiritual growth of all beings. As two horses can pull three times as much as one horse, these beings understood that spiritual collaboration has an even greater multiplying effect. They implemented this philosophy with great vigilance and focus. The results were astounding.

Their scientific technology was built, or more appropriately, developed as an enmeshed affiliate to their own abilities. Their abilities were derived from their innate and nurtured spirit powers imbuing their adulatory DNA to an almost perfect three-dimensional, transcendental expression of the creator beings’ characteristics. These technologies enhanced their telepathic, telekinetic and interdimensional abilities. Their etheric null-field (zero gravity comes closest) transport devices were literally a part of their mind/body with no rivets or bolts or even any moving parts.

Although the creators’ DNA construct allows access to these attributes by all beings, it is seldom expressed as powerfully and openly as it was with this civilization specifically driven by the master race.

Their civilization was developed, to define it coarsely, with the feminine energies of the cosmos. The domination of this archetype was all pervasive, whilst this ensured violence and crime were almost non-existent it did create a void. The void existed to the extent that weapons of war and defence had very little importance to the leaders of the civilisation. Their belief that they could overcome any aggressor with love and open, fair negotiations exposed a complacency that would ultimately impact them irreversibly.

Chapter 6

Impossible Integration

To successfully colonise the surface, It seemed our new arrivals would receive great benefit by initially integrating with this society, at least partially, they decided. They would ingratiate themselves with the masters of this civilization somehow. Strategy was not needed here, as they were immediately welcomed as brothers by the rulers with wide open arms. Other species that participated in this society were not so sure, as telepathy gives away everything.

The newcomers, being telepaths themselves could not hide their true nature as individualistic beings, opportunistically cooperative to a point until their self-aligned gains were achieved. The welcome was not as warm from all members of this society, they had been accepted too quickly many thought. The main concern of the other mammalian participants of this society, was that the newcomers were predominantly flesh eaters. Whilst maybe two thirds the height of the dominating races. They were physically imposing to the smaller species with a strength to weight ratio possibly five times greater than a present-day chimpanzee.

Still, being accepted by the master race was all that mattered and initially they were a type of “protected species”. The ruling race encouraged them with generous loving sympathy empathising deeply with the loss of their civilization.

They were now, an active, participatory race in the Ra confederation.
