Laziness And Ignorance
For The Vocal "Not Quite There" Challenge

In any situation when we build or create, we need a response from the ones we are doing it for. Sometimes that other person can be ourselves, but a response is always required.
You may be building a wall or a house and need to know how high the wall is to be, what kind of bricks to use and more. You can make suggestions but if you are not given an answer you are left guessing, and the chances are they will tell you you got it wrong, even though your chose, in your opinion the best option.
So you wait.
And wait.
And wait.
Are they being lazy or ignorant?
You don;t know.
The wall is unfinished and the house is looking worse for wera.
You make phone calls, send email, and letters, but still they don't answer.
Though the work is 99% done, they will not pay until it is complete to their satisfaction, and after the palaver of trying to find out what they want doing you begin to wonder if you will even get paid.
If they won't answer about something they want and, in theory, need, will they answer if you are chasing something that they might not want to do, that is to pay you.
So it stands there.
Unfinished.
Incomplete.
Just waiting for an answer.
