Rose and Nutkin
Once upon a time, in a land far away, there lived a young girl named Rose. Rose was not an ordinary girl; she possessed a unique ability to communicate with animals. She had had this gift since birth, but she was the only one that ever knew. Rose never told anybody else, in fear that they would either judge her or she would lose her gift. She had a special bond with a mischievous squirrel named Nutkin, who was always by her side. She first met Nutkin when she was around three years old, near a river that ran close to her home.

When We Were Very Young
In another box set that my parents got me when I was younger contained four books by A.A. Milne. 'When We Were Very Young' is a collection of poems that Milne wrote for his son Christopher Robin. This is a book that is full of references to Mr. Edward Bear, but a lot of the poems give some various descriptions of life of a very young child and where, when, how and why they do what they do. The illustrations are quite cute for you can see what Christopher Robin is and may be thinking. Also, Pooh Bear does make his self-known at various points. I have read these verses many, many times over the years and each time make me feel good about myself.

Little Dorrit
I am a person who likes reading classic novels. Here is one that I read entitled 'Little Dorrit' by Charles Dickens. This is quite the thick book even in paperback, but to me it is worth the read. It is about a young girl who lives with her father with many questions that seems to have no answers but they both go on a journey to seek answers to how they are living their lives. Do they find their answers?

Like most dog moms, the best part of my day is the time spent with my dogs. I have an 8 year old Pittie mix named Indie and a two year old Frenchie mix named Otis. Indie is my soul dog and the love of my life. She has inspired me to become a photographer, a business owner, and a creator, among other things. She is the smartest and most loyal creature who selflessly makes sure that I’m happy above all else. Most of the time, she knows how I’m feeling before I do. When we’re together, she’s my shadow–never more than a few inches from me at all times.

I once taught this to a group of housewives in Japan. At the end of the course, one woman told me, " Whenever I think about AF, I will think of you!" Not sure how I feel about that...🙄 Thank you for this!
