URGENT: Top 10 Most Dangerous Criminals Still On The Loose

Ten of America's Most Wanted Criminals who still haven't been caught yet. Where could they be hiding?

In America, there is a list kept by the F.B.I. (Federal Bureau of Investigations) that name the Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives still at large to this day. This list is kept public so that if anyone knows the whereabouts of one of these people, it is strongly suggested that you contact local law enforcement to help protect you and also your fellow American citizens. This program relies heavily on the assistance of citizens and the media. Publicity from coast to coast and around the world is important.

Since its inception, 524 fugitives have been on the “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list, and 490 have been apprehended or located.

These are your Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals still on the run today:

1. Jose Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez

He was arrested for Interstate Stalking and Conspiracy to Commit Murder-for-Hire. Wanted for allegedly directing individuals to track and murder a man in Southlake, Texas, has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. A reward of up to $1 million is available for information leading to his arrest.

Jose Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez, also known as “El Gato,” is wanted for his alleged involvement in the interstate stalking and conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire of a 43-year-old male victim on May 22, 2013, in Southlake, Texas. A federal arrest warrant for these charges was issued on June 20, 2018. Villarreal-Hernandez allegedly holds an active leadership position in the Beltran Leyva drug-trafficking organization within the region of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

2. Eugene Palmer

Eugene Palmer is wanted for allegedly shooting and killing his daughter-in-law on September 24, 2012, in Stony Point, New York. After a local arrest warrant was issued for Palmer in Rockland County and he was charged with murder, a federal arrest warrant was issued on June 10, 2013, by the United States Court for the Southern District of New York after Palmer was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Palmer is known to be interested in auto racing and is a car enthusiast. He is also an experienced hunter and outdoorsman.

Palmer's left thumb is deformed.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Eugene Palmer.

3. Rafael Caro-Quintero

Rafael Caro-Quintero, a Mexican cartel leader wanted for his role in the murder of a DEA special agent in 1985, has been named to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. A reward of up to $20 million is available for information leading to his arrest and/or conviction.

Rafael Caro-Quintero is wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in 1985, in Mexico. Additionally, Caro-Quintero allegedly holds an active key leadership position directing the activities of the Sinaloa Cartel and the Caro-Quintero Drug Trafficking Organization within the region of Badiraguato, Sinaloa, Mexico.

Rafael Caro-Quintero, considered a godfather of Mexican drug trafficking and wanted for the 1985 murder of a U.S. federal agent, has been named to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

4. Robert William Fisher

Robert William Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona in April of 2001. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Robert William Fisher.

Fisher is physically fit and is an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman. He has a noticeable gold crown on his upper left first bicuspid tooth. He may walk with an exaggerated erect posture and his chest pushed out due to a lower back injury. Fisher is known to chew tobacco heavily. He has ties to New Mexico and Florida. Fisher is believed to be in possession of several weapons, including a high-powered rifle.

5. Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel

Arrested for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Injure

A man accused of brutally murdering his new bride at a donut shop in Hanover, Maryland in April 2015 is the newest addition to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel is wanted for allegedly killing his wife by striking her multiple times with an object while they were both working at a donut shop in Hanover, Maryland, on April 12, 2015. A local arrest warrant was issued in the District Court of Maryland for Anne Arundel County on April 13, 2015, and Patel was charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, first degree assault, second degree assault, and dangerous weapon with intent to injure. A federal arrest warrant was issued in the United States District Court, District of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, on April 20, 2015, after Patel was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Patel was last known to be in the Newark, New Jersey, area.

6. Alejandro Rosales Castillo

U.S. Customs and Border Protection surveillance video of Alejandro Castillo (gray shirt and black hat) and his accomplice (black and white top, shorts) crossing the border from Nogales, Arizona into Mexico on August 16, 2016, just after 9:00 p.m. Castillo has been added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List in connection with the murder of a woman in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a reward of up to $100,000 is available for information leading directly to his arrest.

Alejandro Rosales Castillo is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a co-worker in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2016. The female victim’s vehicle was located at a bus station in Phoenix, Arizona, on August 15, 2016. On August 17, 2016, the victim’s body was located in a wooded area in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, with a gunshot wound to the head.

Castillo's last known residence was in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has ties to Phoenix, Arizona. Castillo was seen crossing into Mexico and may reside in San Francisco de los Romo, Aguascalientes, or Pabellón de Arteaga, Aguascalientes. He also may have traveled to the Mexican states of Guanajuato or Veracruz.

He may wear his hair short and shaved on the sides.

7. Arnoldo Jimenez

Arnoldo Jimenez, an Illinois man wanted for allegedly murdering his new bride less than 24 hours after marrying her, has been named to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Arnoldo Jimenez is wanted for allegedly killing his wife on May 12, 2012, the day after their wedding. He allegedly stabbed his wife to death in his black, four-door, 2006 Maserati, then allegedly dragged her body into the bathroom tub of her apartment in Burbank, Illinois. Jimenez was charged with first degree murder by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on May 15, 2012. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, on May 17, 2012, after Jimenez was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Jimenez may have fled to Durango, Mexico, specifically in the area of Santiago Papasquiaro. He may also frequent Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He has previously resided in Chicago, Illinois.

8. Jason Derek Brown

Jason Derek Brown is wanted for murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona. During November of 2004, Brown allegedly shot and killed an armored car guard outside a movie theater and then fled with the money.

Brown speaks fluent French and has a master's degree in International Business. He is an avid golfer, snowboarder, skier, and dirt biker. Brown enjoys being the center of attention and has been known to frequent nightclubs where he enjoys showing off his high-priced vehicles, boats, and other toys. Brown was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and completed his Mormon mission near Paris, France.

Brown has ties to California, Arizona, and Utah. In the past, he has traveled to France and Mexico. Additionally, he may be in the possession of a Glock 9mm and a .45 caliber handgun.

9. Alexis Flores

Charged with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Kidnapping, Murder

Alexis Flores is wanted for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a five-year-old girl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl was reported missing in late July of 2000, and was later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment in early August of 2000.

Flores has ties to Honduras.

10. Yaser Abdel Said

Charged with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Capital Murder - Multiple

Yaser Abdel Said, who was added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted in 2014 in connection with the 2008 murder of his two teenage daughters, was arrested in Texas on August 26, 2020.

Yaser Abdel Said is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murders of his two teenaged daughters. The girls died of multiple gunshot wounds on January 1, 2008, in Irving, Texas.

Said's physical features may vary in order to conceal his identity. He always wears dark sunglasses, both indoors and outside. Said was born in Egypt and may seek shelter in communities with Egyptian ties. He frequents Denny's and IHOP restaurants and smokes Marlboro Lights 100s cigarettes. Said has ties to New York, Texas, Virginia, Canada, and Egypt. Said loves dogs, especially tan- and black-colored German Shepherds. Said is known to carry a weapon at all times.
