If God came down and told me that I could pick ONE crime case that He’d do eye-for-eye justice on, this would be the case. I would settle for 30-minutes alone with the woman if God would not give me the former.

It is safe to say that I cannot STAND Pearl Fernandez.

I know a lot of you guys feel the same as I do.

And now…

Pearl Fernandez has asked a judge for a new trial in her murder case based on a new California law! Fernandez pleaded guilty to Gabriel Fernandez’s murder in June 2018.

The New Law

Pearl filed a petition for a new hearing under California's Penal Code 1170.95. This penal code allows anyone convicted of a felony murder charge to shorten their sentence.

This law became effective on January 1, 2019. The bill changed the felony murder and murder under a natural and probable consequences doctrine. Before Senate Bill 1437, a defendant could be charged with murder even if they were not the actual killer or if they did not plan to kill the person as long as they acted with reckless indifference to human life.

California Legislature passed Senate Bill No. 1437 to keep certain defendants from being charged with murder.

California Penal Code §1170.95 is a sub-section in Senate Bill No. 1437 which allows people who were convicted of murder before the former bill had been passed to have their convictions vacated.

Defendants may have their conviction vacated as long as they meet at least one of the bill's criteria, which are:

  • they were not the actual killer
  • they did not intend to kill
  • they were not a major participant in the underlying felony who acted with reckless indifference to human life

The AUDACITY of this trick!

In 2013, Fernandez -along with her boyfriend Isauro Aguirre relentlessly beat, starved, and tortured her 8-year-old son, Gabriel, because they believed that he was gay. SO WHAT if he was gay! Do these dumbasses think being gay is worse than being like them and being abusive pieces of shit? Really!?

The Irish Sun

Gabriel was beaten to death on May 24, 2013.

Aguirre sits on California’s death row. (Newsom, let’s get this going. ASAP.)

Pearl sent Gabriel home from the hospital with his GAY uncles who gave him an AMAZING life until this greedy trick decided she wanted to collect state government benefits of Gabriel and took him from the couple.

Pearl alleges in her court petition that she could not now be convicted of first-degree murder or second-degree murder because of recent changes made in state laws. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge George G. Lomeli will hear the case TODAY, June 1. The now 37-year-old Palmdale woman was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

Deputy District Attorney Jonathan Hatami said:

“This is completely unfair to the surviving families and their loved ones...Families now have to relive all the horror that was perpetrated upon a small and helpless child. Based upon all the evidence presented at the grand jury, which was made public, and the jury trial, Pearl Fernandez was a major participant in the torture and murder of little Gabriel. The evidence clearly showed that Pearl Fernandez physically assaulted, abused, tortured and starved Gabriel over an eight-month span which lead to his death.”

Gabriel was forced to sleep in a small box, force-fed cat litter, starved, hit, kicked, burned, and endured months of torture at the hands of these two monsters.

The staggering evidence will again convict the trick of murdering Gabriel should the judge allow a new hearing. Yet, what a waste of money, time, and resources to hold another hearing for THIS monster. Even more bothersome, Gabriel's family and the people involved with the case will again relive the trauma.

I will keep you all posted on the results of today's hearing.
