The showrunners of Netflix's 'Outer Banks' have announced a Season 4 renewal.
Season 3 of 'Outer Banks' will premiere on Netflix on Thursday, February 23rd, 2023.
Outer Banks, Netflix's action-adventure mystery teen drama, has been renewed for a fourth season, only five days before the Season 3 launch, according to Variety.
The announcement was made at a fan event held at Poguelandia in Huntington Beach, California, on Saturday, February 18th, 2023.
„Seeing Poguelandia come to life was nothing short of incredible,“ said series co-creators, executive producers, and showrunners Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke in a statement.
„The Pogues are enjoying an experience of a lifetime and we now get to lay out additional twists and turns as the joyride continues into Season 4 of Outer Banks. Thank you to Netflix, our cast, and the incredible fans who made this possible.
Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Davis, Carlacia Grant, Rudy Pankow, Austin North, and Drew Starkey were among the cast members that stunned fans at the event with the reveal. The audience was also treated to a nine-minute peek of Season 3.
The show follows a group of Pogue kids who live at The Cut and are determined to find out what happened to the group's ringleader, John B., who has gone missing. Along the trip, they come across a legendary treasure linked to John B's father.
Season 1 of the show debuted in April 2020 and soon gained a devoted following. The second season will premiere in July 2021.
Season 3 of Outer Banks will be available on Netflix on Thursday, February 23rd.2023.
