Pooh Shiesty's Attorney Withdraws From Rapper's Robbery & Kidnapping Case

On Tuesday, April 28, Bradford Cohen announced that he had exited the legal team just a few weeks after the Memphis native was arrested

Pooh Shiesty just lost one. With the departure of one of his lawyers, he has to rely on the rest of his legal team to battle his case of kidnapping and robbery in early April.

Once this attorney excused himself from the case, Shiesty had to bring in the rest of his counsel to address what happened against Gucci Mane. If we look back at all the turmoil going on in Pooh’s life, it appears he will need as much firepower in the courtroom as possible. As he looks at a life sentence, his chances of being a freeman have dissolved like the salt that is absorbed in a shaken bottle of water.

His in ability to hone in on reality has led him to this low state. That’s the shake of it. It checks out because he is now part of the recidivism rate. He just got released from prison in October. What was he thinking about when he committed these alleged crimes?

Whatever the case, he looked at the reality of the situation and chose to go left. He moved like a brute and is now facing a life sentence if convicted on all charges. His talent and ability won’t be able to save him. He is able to rap with proficiency and consistency. But it won’t save him in the realm of judge and jury.

When this trial finally commences, we will have a conclusive ideal regarding the truth of the matter. Since he made the decision to continue his line of feelings, he probably looks down on Gucci. Mr. “Wasted” did the right thing by snitching and making an effort to protect his own property and life.

Shiesty remembered that he had only a few moments to recognize that he did something wrong. But he didn’t care. He observed that the few people who have been brought to the brink of irrationalism leap off because of emotions.

He emoted and felt like his whole world had been ripped right from under him. It’s a whole issue regarding the power of reality that is stacked against Pooh. The irony is that he is still signed to 1017. Maybe he will be dropped soon, but for now he’s still active.

What makes this whole scenario all the more distressing is that Shiesty most likely doesn’t know the law. Despite his recent stint, he might not have learned anything about the American legal system. If he has any sense, he will accept the exit of his lawyer and sit back and take notes as to what he understands about the case.

As a brute, Shiesty could not settle the disagreement with Gucci with his wits. He had to resort to violence. In a world full of fraudsters, killers, rapists and other miscreants, Pooh is up there with Mr. Trump and Gucci as convicted felons. In all of his ways, he ought to be glad that there is a proper court system which declares him innocent until proven guilty of the latest charges.

As his father has been involved, he should have known better and allowed himself to actually think before he leapt. On the track, he is a tough guy and he’s even more vociferous about criminal activity.

At this point, he will have to rely on the rest of the attorneys assigned to his cases. If he is smart, he will let them do the talking. He can rap all he wants but his lawyers will have to have big mouths to challenge the evidence and reports against him.

That’s all he can do; he must keep his mind trained in the attorneys he has left and not look back again.
