A parents' hall of shame under a “Criminal” category can’t be good…

The parents on this list didn’t torture or murder their kids. They do have that much going for them. I’ll give them that! But, they sure aren’t winning any parenting awards any time soon, either.

Dad Burns Son to “Teach Him a Lesson”

When a 4-year-old showed up to preschool with fresh burn marks on his wrists, he told his teacher that his father burnt him with a lighter. The fast-acting teacher immediately notified both CPS and the police who began an investigation.

The boy's mother told police that she and his father, then 26-year-old Jesse Corlaw, found a burn mark on the boy’s door earlier in the day and talked to him about the dangers of fire. The mother said that she left the boy’s bedroom and heard him screaming seconds later.

Dissatisfied with the warning, Carlow burned his son with a torch-style lighter to teach him a lesson. He was charged with aggravated battery on a child. The mother was not arrested.

7-YO Turns in Mom for Cooking Meth

Not gonna lie -I like this kid. I like him A LOT.

Screw your meth.

When you’re sick and tired of the B.S., you’re sick and tired of the B.S. When you’re a 7-year-old kid tired of the B.S., it gets really real.

In 2014, an Edgewater, Florida, boy was fed up with his meth-head mom. So one day he told his landlord, the man whom he and 27-year-old Brianna Buchanan had lived with for about one month, he wanted to show him something.

The 7-year-old popped the trunk of his mom’s car, revealing a mobile meth lab.

The boy told the landlord, "Mommy goes to the store and lies to the people, saying she is sick and needs medicine," according to the arrest record.

The man called 911 and Buchanan was promptly arrested. Police charged her with possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of listed chemical, possession/use of narcotic paraphernalia and child neglect with great bodily harm.

Inside the home police found several meth-filled syringes ready to use.

Luckily, the 7-year-old was able to stay with his grandmother after Buchanan’s arrest.

Viral Video Shows Mom Give 1-Year-Old Marijuana

I will smoke marijuana and advocate for legalization in the U.S. until the day I die And, yes, I understand that it is just weed, but for the love of all things good, leave the BABIES out of it.

In 2018, Brianna Ashanti Lofton was charged with two counts of felony child abuse, possession of marijuana, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after she posted a video to Facebook showing her putting a blunt in her 1-year-old infant's mouth and the baby inhales the smoke. The video went viral gaining more than one million views and Brianna went to jail.

'Her boyfriend, 18-year-old Allan Maldonado, was also charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of simple possession.

“Hundreds of Bugs” Crawl Out of Girl’s Backpack in School Lunchroom

In 2019, Florida mom (imagine that) Jessica Milton was charged with felony child neglect after “hundreds of bugs” crawled out of her backpack in the lunchroom at school. A schoolteacher filed a report against Milton, but the bug incident was only one of her concerns. The teacher reported the girl had come to school in the same clothes for a week, could not remember the last time she showered or bathed, and had feces and urine “caked” into her clothing. Police found a severe bug infestation when they searched the home. All five children, ranging in age from 5 to 14, were taken into DHS custody.
