Mystikal sentenced to 20 years in prison over rape case

Tyler should feel the consequences of his actions.

Michael “Mystikal” Tyler should be castrated chemically. He should give life in prison and no chance for parole. His crime of rape which he had already served time for a similar case, shows a male wilding outvand preying on young women.

He was contrite at the sentencing saying that he deserved the maximum of twenty years behind bars. It should be way more. When politicians screech about the death penalty for drug dealers, rapists should definitely be punished for their vicious crimes.

As horrific as Tyler’s crime was, twenty years is just not enough for a dishonorable and despicable person such as the former rapper.

When it comes to his status as a celebrity, all that goes out the window. All the accolades and money he may have received mean nothing. They actually meant nothing with his previous sexual assault charge.

In reality, his way of processing all this is in regarding his bravado and bluster on a record and seeing how none means anything anymore. His inability to deal with his emotions is at the core of his waywardness.

If he had kept his feelings in check, he would be in a much better place. Instead, he’s looking down the barrel of a double decade sentence that should have been much worse. Had he any sense of self-control and selfishness he would not be in the position in which he finds himself.

It will take many days behind the wall for him to realize the errors of his ways. Whether he learns it or not, he’ll be walking free at the age of seventy-five. Meanwhile, the rape victims will have to contend with the nightmarish effects of what they encountered through Tyler.

For every rapist to be sentenced to death would be a possibility and this is for states who revoked capital punishment. Every stste should be focused on eradicating rapists from society altogether. There is no need or necessity for such persons. They might have every talent in the world. Once they cross the line of being brutes of the lowest order, they need to experience the ultimate punishment.

To contemplate that Tyler could still continue his reign of terror on young women, it should be said he is a thief of a woman’s rights. Whichever way he should be seen, it should be as simple as a male who once was a star but then degraded himself. He had six years to clean up his act but found himself in a problem with his own soul.

He couldn’t compete with his urges and felt like he had to steal the womb. Rather than approaching a woman as a human being, he reduced himself to the level of an animal. He only should get the least amount of treatment in these next twenty years.

And think about Master P also known as Percy Miller he’s already got a brother in prison and his former affiliate is on his way back to incarceration. With this heaviness, it’s only imaginable that the case should be examined with a clear-eyed view. His emotional intelligence was so dim he couldn’t restrain himself from acting out and lowering his own standards.

This is an example of reason and self-interest being ignored totally. If Tyler had only thought and been egoistic, he would have recognized the difference between consent and force. He chose the latter out of fear and the inability to carry himself like a man.

If he is to see the light of day outside of prison walls, he should be ostracized and restricted to his own property or that which is leased by the state of Louisiana.
