15 year old Lesandro 'Junior' Guzman-Feliz

Does anyone really have the right to decide whether someone lives or dies? In any case, absolutely not.

Lesandro 'Junior' Guzman-Feliz was only 15-years-old when he was stabbed and slashed by five men in the Belmont section of the Bronx after being dragged out of a bodega. The men used knives and a machete to viciously stab and slash Junior. While bleeding to death and trying to save himself by running to a hospital, he was filmed rather than helped by onlookers.

As investigators continued the case, the five men, who are a part of a Dominican gang known as Los Trinitarios, realized they had killed the wrong person. The gang members were out to avenge the alleged rape of a girl when they had mistaken Junior for the rapist. Now there is outrage that the alleged rape may have not even happened. There was a video that circulated that showed the girl having sex with the boy who Junior was mistaken for. The girl may have been embarrassed about it and lied.

The good news is that five men are in custody for this murder. One was even turned in by his own mother. By the grace of God his own mother turned him in and that is how you know his mother didn't raise him like that.

The leader of Los Trinitarios decided to apologize after they realized they killed the wrong person. Regardless they had no right to kill anyone because NO ONE DESERVES TO DIE AT THE HANDS OF ANOTHER PERSON. Also, an apology won't bring the boy back. But those men weren't the only ones that killed Junior. The girl who lied about the rape did, her brother and his gang did, the store owners of the bodega did, and the onlookers who just recorded instead of helping the boy.

Junior did not deserve to die the way he did. He only wanted to grow up and become a police officer. He was one of the good kids who wanted to continue that into his future. Now his mother has to bury him. Once a life is gone, it's gone. No human is allowed to decide whether someone lives or dies. If Junior wasn't mistaken for the other boy, someone else would have died. It just bothers me that someone thinks it's okay to go out and kill someone to make a point. All they do is take sons from their mothers. How about snitching on the boy to his mom instead and let her deal with it. At least no one dies. But now the five men are off to prison because they thought it would be cool to kill someone and not even get the person they wanted to kill. An innocent soul was taken because a gang didn't even do their "job" right. I believe that the girl, gang, and store owners should be sentenced. They all contributed to this poor boy's death. You can correct me if I am wrong. No one has the right to decide whether someone lives or dies.
