I had been intently tracking a pedophile who was sharing their perverse data from the Canadian city of Montreal. The username had caught my attention and left me hooked on this specific hunt. The IP address was coming from a small cladded office building surrounded by a high quality security fence with CCTV cameras which covered all perspectives. A pleasing row of large satellite dishes lined the rear of the relatively plain facility and there was no signage to inform a passing onlooker of what kind of business was located inside. The property had about four floors and sat alongside the local Home Depot’s car park on the western edge of downtown Montreal.

When I began researching the suspect, they were sharing only fifty or so articles of child pornography from their hard drive, but just a few days later that number was approaching a thousand videos and images.

Although there were also some Hollywood movies being shared on the device, there was no other piece of information available to identify this pedophile. Normally an IP address would give me a postal code with loads of different residents in many various buildings and then I have to start researching each property for clues. But on this occasion there was only one significant property assigned to that postal code.

At first I thought it was going to be a dead end. It was owned by a telecommunications company called Videotron. I assumed that the location was maybe a server farm or an exchange for the big Canadian ISP, but it wasn’t. It was the corporate head office of Videotron. It wasn’t an exchange and the local Videotron tower was only about a mile away, surely then that would mean this IP address is actually located inside the building? This whole situation smelled funky to me.

I had wrestled with myself over the suspects username since the beginning of this particular hunt. I’ve started to believe that pedophiles choose usernames, pseudonyms, and various other online descriptors as an extension of their individual pedophilic identities. But some users, usually those who fit the profile of a preferential pedophile, use their real first name. I don’t know if this is by mistake or if this is meant to project the offenders cockiness and contempt for wider society, but it’s useful for an investigator. This person's username suggested that they were a female. I believed it to be an abbreviation of a French girls name, a relatively rare one in the western world. The username was Ghisl, potentially short for Ghislaine.

What would be the chances that this pedophile was actually named Ghislaine? How many of those are there? What if this was the most famous pedophile called Ghislaine on the entire globe!?

Videotron and Brian Mulroney

I made a fresh tea and decided that I would begin researching who was in charge of Videotron. The chairman of the board was a very interesting character. Brian Mulroney had become Prime Minister of Canada in September 1984 and stood down eight and a half years later. He came into power just as the Canadian parliament had authorised the creation of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service; Canada’s version of the CIA. He was known for being very close to the British establishment in his heyday and he was friends with both Margaret Thatcher and Robert Maxwell.

One of Brian Mulroney's favourite anecdotes to tell is about how he was called to the Montreal Ritz one night as Robert Maxwell wanted to speak with him. Maxwell told Mulroney that there was a coup afoot and it will successfully end Thatcher's reign as British PM. Brian Mulroney laughs out loud before saying that "it was the only time Robert Maxwell told me the truth". It took hardly any time for me to find a connection between Brian Mulroney and the head of the Maxwell household, this called for a closer inspection of Videotron’s general history.

Currently the company is owned by a local business conglomerate under the name Quebecor. They were forced to fight for the company as the Wall Street Journal stated on 14th October 2000:

“Quebecor Inc. and Quebec's public-pension agency won the takeover fight for Groupe Videotron Ltd., as Videotron's controlling Chagnon family accepted a 5.4 billion-Canadian-dollar (US$3.65 billion) offer for the cable company and rival bidder Rogers Communications Inc. bowed out.”

The other party, Rogers Communications, had been firm favourites to take over the then struggling Canadian telecommunications company. But Quebecor’s winning bid was only made possible when the second-largest shareholder invoked their right to veto the Roger’s bid, citing cultural sovereignty concerns. A year later the Quebecor conglomerate would cut 50% of Videotron’s workforce. I was left to ponder what the cultural sovereignty concerns actually were? Is it that Videotron, which is doing business almost solely in French speaking Quebec, is more than just a telecommunications company? Were they currently headed by one of the most famous ex-leaders of Canada because they have stronger links to the state than they prefer to advertise?

The corporate head office of Videotron was just down the road from the Montreal branch of the Canadian Security Intelligence Services. Those offices were then only a stone’s throw from the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations. Videotron’s HQ was a small building, unmarked, secure, in the heart of the Montreal establishment. It looked different than any head office I had ever seen previously; it looked more like a secure intelligence site.

So did Ghislaine Maxwell have any provable previous connections to Montreal?

This is where the early Jeffrey Epstein flight manifests come in handy once again. The famous Lolita Express was recorded in Montreal on three separate occasions. Firstly, on 8th June 2001, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Naomi Campbell and a small entourage of girls took the private jet straight to Montreal Island. Secondly, on 14th June 2003, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Doug Band flew out just for the day. And on the third occasion, 17th November 2005, Jeffrey Epstein loaned his private jet to his good friend, and Clinton/Trump Lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, for him to fly to Montreal alone. The two occasions where Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had gone to Montreal coincide with the Montreal GP’s of 2001 and 2003, an event attended by many British elites where Ghislaine Maxwell would have received a royal welcome. But the pertinent question on my mind was if the daughter of Robert Maxwell was an intelligence agent who was being hidden by an ally intelligence agency?

It was hard to know what steps I could possibly take next. The Coronavirus was kicking off globally and Ghisl hasn’t been moving. If I just release the information and it’s correct, then she’ll be warned and relocated as soon as the story gained any traction. Because Ghislaine Maxwell will be protected by the elites while in any of the commonwealth countries. Is Ghislaine Maxwell being protected by royal decree on behalf of her friend, the underfire Prince Andrew?

The Making of a Maxwell

Maxwell didn’t just act as a voyeur with Jeffrey Epstein, she was very much involved in the abuse of the young girls they were trafficking. Ghislaine had Epstein completely wrapped around her little finger. Probably because he knew that it’d be impossible to find a female pedophile with such low ethics again. Epstein saw that Ghislaine was an actual pedophile who enjoyed the same power and control over children as he did. They were two sides of the same coin, a pair of abusive sexual deviants who were never satisfied. Ghislaine had inherited her powerful presence and focus from her extraordinary father.

Many people within the independent media, on forums, and around the watercooler, have discussed whether Ghislaine Maxwell had been abused as a child. It’s so rare to come across a female pedophile that many gravitate towards the idea that she must have experienced traumatic events when she was young, maybe something that stunted her psychosexual development and led her to become this monstrous procurer and abuser. But in doing research on Ghislaine Maxwell’s life, I came across a selection of events in her early years which may go some way to explaining her dark actions without the need to introduce sexual abuse.

The first three years of any human life is extremely important for a neurotypical development of the brain. When you’re an infant the bond you build with other humans can help dictate your nature. Ghislaine had a very hard time once she was born. Robert Maxwell’s first born child, Michael, must have met his sister Ghislaine briefly after she was born on Christmas day in 1961. Two days later Michael Maxwell was in a car accident that left him in a coma. The accident completely traumatised all of the Maxwell family. Ghislaine would be emotionally neglected by her parents regularly for the first three years of her life, as the family became preoccupied by her coma ridden older brother. Ghislaine developed infantile anorexia.

The abstract of a paper produced by the Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences department at George Washington University’s School of Medicine entitled, Infantile anorexia nervosa: a developmental disorder or separation and individuation states:

“Infantile anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder that has its onset during the early developmental stage of separation and individuation between the ages of six months and three years. Infantile anorexia nervosa is characterized by food refusal and leads to failure to thrive. The infant refuses to eat in an attempt to achieve autonomy and control with regard to the mother, a maneuver that serves to involve the mother more deeply in the infant's eating behavior and to meet the infant's need for attention. Mother and infant become embroiled in a battle of wills over the infant's food intake. The infant's feeding is directed by their emotional needs instead of physiological sensations of hunger and satiety, and they fail to develop somatopsychological differentiation*.”

Ghislaine and her mother were having emotionally fuelled psychological battles from the moment she was born. In an article written by Tom Bower for the Sunday Times dated 11th January 2015, the Murdoch employee quotes both Ghislaine and her mother:

““Mummy, I exist,” the three-year-old told Betty Maxwell, her mother, in 1965. “I was devastated,” Betty would recall, admitting that her youngest daughter had been woefully neglected.”

Ghislaine Maxwell would see her oldest brother pass away before the end of the 1960’s. Michael had been Robert Maxwell’s favourite child, only after his death would that title be handed down to Ghislaine. Whether or not she suffered any sexual abuse as a child remains unknown but it’s clear that her early childhood was disturbing and psychologically unhealthy.

Royal Conclusion

I'm afraid to say that this fish is too big for me and it could end up being just an old boot. I’m preoccupied looking for pedophiles across the globe who currently have access to children. Ghislaine Maxwell's time is almost up. It’s possible that she is already buried in a shallow grave. But maybe she is in Montreal as a guest of Brian Mulroney.

I normally like to give my readers an article filled to the brim with evidence. But on this occasion, I have mainly hunches and speculation to offer. I still felt like I should tell this story. After all, how many pedophiles are there in the world who are called Ghislaine?

P.S. Brian Mulroney’s daughter-in-law is currently helping two other famous British establishment runaways to hide in Canada. Jessica Mulroney is the best friend of Meghan Markle. I’ll leave you now; with a couple more questions. What if Ghislaine Maxwell is an intelligence agent who specializes in the royal family? Maybe she’s keeping an eye on Harry? Because somebody needs to.
