Crimes Committed by Extraterrestrials
Are ETs Breaking the Law?

A growing number of people believe that not only are UFOs real, but that life on other planets exists. In addition, many believe that aliens have already made contact with humans.
Are these encounters cordial, or are aliens performing tasks against people's wills, and if so, are their actions considered a crime?

Alien Abduction
From around the world, millions of people claim to have been abducted by aliens. One of the earliest publicized accounts is that of Betty and Barney Hill, who were on their way home when they saw a light up in the sky that appeared to be following them. Barney got out of the car to investigate, and the Hill's next memory was being back home.
Only through hypnosis were they able to recall the incidents of the night, which involved them being taken by alien beings onto a spaceship and having medical exams done to them.
The Hills were only the first of many more reported abduction experiences to take place, including the Allagash abductions, where four men who were out camping in Maine were abducted, as well as the Travis Walton abduction, where Walton was abducted in Snowflake, Arizona, in front of six witnesses.
Now skeptics will argue that actual abductions never took place and that the phenomena experienced were merely a dream, false memories, or sleep paralysis.
However, experts in the field will tell you otherwise, such as Pulitzer Prize winner and Harvard psychiatrist Dr. John Mack, who, after years of studying abduction cases, came to the conclusion that the abductions were really happening. In addition, there are times when there is physical evidence, such as implants that have been placed into abductees.
The bottom line is that people who have experienced this have done so against their will, and their abductions would be considered kidnapping, which is a crime.

Have Aliens Killed People?
In 1979, Phil Schneider, a former explosive engineer with a high government clearance, allegedly was working on building a secret underground base in Dulce, New Mexico, when a battle broke out between humans and aliens who supposedly had an underground base there.
Schneider was hit with some type of plasma weapon, which removed a few of his fingers, and, while collapsed to the ground, was removed from the site by a green beret who died in the battle that day.
All in all, 66 humans lost their lives in the battle with the Greys. Schneider wasn't the only one who claimed that a secret base was hidden there. Paul Bennewitz, a PhD holder in physics, also claimed its existence, citing electronic signals coming from under the ground.
Did this incident really happen? Several other people have come forth with their own claims, but for now, the government isn't saying anything. So what of the people who died? If this event really did occur, then surely it would be a case of murder.
(Below is a video of Phil Schneider talking about the Dulce encounter.)

Humans Assaulted by Aliens
Many people report that while abducted by aliens, they are taken to a spaceship and laid out on a table for a medical exam. Over half of these people also claim to have had their eggs and sperm removed, like Barney Hill, who was mentioned above. Why? It's part of a human/alien breeding program.
Not only would an invasive medical exam be considered assault, but the removal of eggs and sperm would be viewed as sexual assault. In both cases of assault, these would be considered a crime.

Cattle Mutilation
For decades, there have been reports of cattle mutilations, and the scenarios are pretty much the same. The animals are stripped of vital organs such as eyes, tongues, sexual organs, and more, with precise cuts being made to their bodies as well as their bodies being drained of blood.
However, there are no drops of blood, nor are there any kind of footprints or vehicle tracks to indicate someone or something was there. In fact, oftentimes occurrences of UFOs being seen in the sky have been reported at the same time the mutilations have taken place.
Many believe these mutilations are tied to extraterrestrials. If so, then this is clearly breaking the law, as there are laws in place to try to prevent cruelty to animals. (Don't worry. The cow in the photo is merely sleeping.)

Alien Crop Circles
Crop circles are large geometric shapes that have been flattened into crops. This phenomenon has been reported in dozens of countries, although the largest number of reports comes from the UK.
UFO enthusiasts believe these mysterious circles have been made by ETs either from their spacecraft landing or as a message to mankind. In reality, many of these crop circles have turned out to be hoaxes and made by people as practical jokes. However, some remain unexplained, and there are times when UFOs have been seen above the area where the circles have been created.
In either case, the creation of these would be considered vandalism, and whether made by humans or by aliens, it is a crime.

ETS and Nuclear Bombs
UFOs have frequently been sited over military bases that house nuclear weapons. On many occasions, the missiles have been tampered with by aliens. In one case, retired USAF nuclear missile targeting officer Robert Jamison claims to have had to "restart" missiles after UFOs had deactivated them.
In 1967, an incident took place at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana when 10 ICMs suddenly became inactive at the same time a UFO appeared above the base.
Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell even claims that aliens were responsible for stopping a nuclear war between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
Whether deactivated for good or bad purposes, tampering with a nuclear bomb would be considered sabotage and certainly against the law.

Extraterrestrial Crimes
If any of the above incidents are true, then ETs would also be guilty of trespassing, which is also a crime.
Whether you believe in aliens or not, there certainly is enough evidence to not only suggest that they are here, but that they interact with humans in different ways, with many of their activities to be considered against the law.
While there is a justice system set up for people who are the victims of crimes, there is nothing set up for humans when extraterrestrials are involved.
