Brock Turner and Christopher Belter

Two disgusting convicted Caucasian young men, both ages 19 & 20, both committed a serious crime. Brock Turner, a promising Stanford athlete sexually assault an unconscious woman at the campus. Another, Christopher Belter, a New York man from a wealthy family committed rape and sexual assault with four teenage girls at the home he shares with his rich parents. Turner was sentenced to three months in prison and was later was released on good behavior. While Belter was given no prison time after he pleaded guilty.

Unbelievable!!!!!

Let's break down this whole story!!!!

TRIGGER WARNING: These stories are absolutely gruesome and disturbing so feel free to skip the story!

Brock Turner

Brock Turner was born on August 1, 1995, in Dayton, Ohio to his parents Dan and Carleen Turner. His father Dan works as a civilian Air Force employee and his mother Carleen works as a surgery nurse at Dayton’s Children’s Hospital and girl scout leader. Turner and his two siblings were raised in Dayton by their parents.

He graduated from Oakwood High School in 2014 and enrolled at Stanford University on a swimming scholarship.

While he was attending to Stanford, he was part of the Stanford's swim team and was this close being a part of the USA Swimming Team. He had aspirations to swim for the U.S. National Team in the 2016 Olympics.

If you want to know his swimming history, I found his swim cloud swim record profile.

Before sentencing, the prosecution filed a memo with the court describing Turner's history of drug and alcohol use at Stanford and earlier in high school. It recounted that police found photos and messages on Turner's cell phone that indicated extensive drug use, including LSD, ecstasy, marijuana extracts, and excessive alcohol. If you thought the rape conviction , well Turner was actually arrested in 2014 for possession of alcohol while under legal age. He was released on bond after his arrest.

January 18, 2015

Turner attends a frat party at the Kappa Alpha fraternity campus.

Brock Turner's mugshot

At 1:00 am, Two Swedish graduate students, Peter Lars Jonsson and Carl-Fredrik Arndt, were riding their bikes around the campus until they spotted Turner in an uncompromising position. Johnson and Arndt saw Turner thrusting an unconscious woman behind a dumpster. Her underwear and her phone were by their side.

Jonsson who saw Turner asked:

"What the f*ck are you doing? She's unconscious."

Turner stops and flees from the scene leaving the unconscious woman there. Jonsson chased and trips Turner to the ground. He holds on to Turner until police arrived. These men would be later get praised as heroes. Turner was charged with assault with intent to commit rape of an intoxicated/unconscious person, penetration of an intoxicated person and penetration of an unconscious person.

Christopher Belter

For Belter, I haven't found much detail information on him but this is all according to research I found.

Christopher J. Belter was born in Santo Dominigo to his mother Tricia Vanti. He is 20 years old (which means he was born in year 2001). His parents, his mother and his stepfather are both lawyers. Belter was 16 and 17 at the time of the sexual assaults and was a student and rugby player at Canisius High School, a private, Jesuit Catholic prep school in Buffalo, New York. The incidents occurred at parties at the Lewiston mansion where he lived with his mother and stepfather, according to prosecutors. The victims were three 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old, prosecutors said. Belter was arrested and charged for sexual assaults in 2019. His mother and stepfather faced charges in connection to parties held at the house where the sexual assaults occurred, according to court records. Along with a family friend, are accused of supplying alcohol and marijuana to underage teens at parties hosted at the home.

The Victims

After four years since the case, Chanel Miller ("Emily Doe") later revealed to herself that she was the victim of Turner's rape. Chanel Miller was at the frat party with some friends. She didn't know Turner nor encounter with him.

Chanel Miller ( "Emily Doe")

While she unconscious, she had no memory on what happened at the party just her drinking with her friends.

Miller woke up at the hospital when a deputy told her she was assaulted.

In 2019, she released a memoir Know My Name releasing her identity, sharing her story after she was assaulted by Brock Turner, and how she coped with the aftermath of Turner's less sentencing.

The Doe's

I have researched on Belter's victims until I saw this on YouTube.

Two out of the four victims spoke out exclusively on Inside Edition. They have not given their names but instead their names go by Emily Doe A and Emily Doe B. Emily Doe A spoke to Inside Edition expressing her disgust with the Judge's decision to not give Belter no jail time. Doe A tells Inside Edition that Belter apology sounded "robotic" and that it felt like someone else had written it for him. Doe A was friends with Belter’s sister and was visiting the family home when he lured her into his bedroom.

She tells Inside Edition:

“Through treatment and reflection, I’ve come to feel deep shame and regret for my actions. None of you deserve to be in this situation. I know though that a scar will remain that will serve as a reminder of the evil of that night."

Doe B, another Belter's victim, was in the same position as Doe A (another Belter's sister friend) except that Doe B was 15 at the time and Belter drugged her with a vape pen.

She also told Inside Edition:

“He ruined me for a very long time. I actually threw up the last three days consecutively. I’ve lost four pounds, because I’ve been so physically ill from anxiety and disgust.”

Doe A also said that Belter's parents were involved and played the part.

As for the rest of the girls maybe in time they'll come out and share their sides of the stories.

I got be honest....

These cases are completely bonkers. It is absolutely atrocious that these men committed a crime then you give them a less sentence for them while me. Even if they weren't white or wealthy they would've been jailed for the rest of their lives.

As for the judges: Judge Aaron Persky and Matthew j. Murphy iii who let these men go. Shame on both of you as well!!!!

I do feel for the victims for not getting the justice they deserved. Both convicted men are now free as birds. Turner still living in Ohio and works at a factory near his parent’s home, according to the state’s sex offender registry. As for Belter, who knows whats going to happen his story is just getting started. Hopefully, justice will be prevail for the victims.
