Are Nicki Minaj and her Husband Gangster?

The rapstress and her husband are involved in a lawsuit alleging they’re part of an offshoot of the Bloods

In a witness intimidation lawsuit brought by Jennifer Hough, it alleges Kenneth Petty and wife rapper Nicki Minaj engaged in activities with the Queens, New York gang Makk Balla Brims.

This just seems like another case of trying to bring a successful entertainer down in flames. While there is footage of the couple interacting with the gang members, that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re engaging in illegal activity. It also doesn’t, in itself, implicate Nicki Minaj and her husband in any conspiracy related to the nasty threat Hough received from one of the gang members.

Hough is utterly wrong to allow her lawyer to dredge up a video with actual criminals along with the rap superstar that does not correlate with ill actions caused by her or her husband. Nicki Minaj has the chance to counter her legal opponent with facts and reality. Did they encourage this individual to spout vicious vitriol on the social media platform Instagram?

When you make a certain amount of money, or achieve a level of happiness in your life, there will always be people eager to tear you down. But it doesn’t have to be.

Nicki Minaj has broken records as a female rap artist, but continues to try to live a “normal” life with her husband and child. As a public figure, the hip hop star has a pathway of achievements she has blazed almost by herself. With aid from Lil’ Wayne and Drake among others, she has made herself into a brand.

If Hough has hard evidence suggesting Nicki Minaj is a criminal, then she should have to answer for it, but not until then. We don’t find people guilty by association in America. Otherwise, she’s blameless.

How could someone with such a high profile as this lady rap star be dragged down in a lawsuit that is baseless? How could she even be considered a gang member if she is worth over a hundred million dollars and is constantly in the limelight?

The envy and hatred directed against Nicki Minaj only shows how more depraved the culture has become. Again, whenever someone makes it big and displays their talents for the world, it is always a line of cretins who will try to diminish their star.

Nicki Minaj is no different. To try to denigrate all of that shows the ugliness of certain parts of this world. Once more, If Nicki Minaj had close ties to the Makk Balla Brims, then she should be monitored and prosecuted for any crimes committed in her name. If not, she should go on making music and living a family life.

The Makka Balla Brims is one of the most cutthroat, ruthless bands of brutes associated with the Bloods. They have terrorized New York City for years, and seek to destroy any semblance of order and peace. In the streets, the gang has held a vise-like grip on crimes. Police have identified multiple cases of homicide, robbery, and kidnapping and other acts of mayhem.

Nicki Minaj’s defense should simply be that video footage of her socializing with members of this gang is not evidence of wrongdoing. To see all of her attainments thrown away over some gang mess would be a crying shame. The time it took for the Hough’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn to show Judge Eric Vitaliano the scenes of Nick Minaj mingling with the gangsters, he could have shown that this woman is about life. Her whole goal was not to be mired down in a case brought up against her that includes harassment.

Nicki Minaj should rise from all this nonsense and reclaim her place on her platinum throne.
