Screenshot from TwitterPrince Andrew, the disgraced second son of Queen Elizabeth II, has settled a lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre, a woman who had accused him of raping her when she was a teenage victim of Andrew's friend, the notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, according to a new court filing in Manhattan on Tuesday. The amount that Andrew, 61, will pay Ms. Giuffre is confidential, the parties said in a joint statement attached to the filing.

Andrew also "intends to make a substantial donation" to a charity "in support of victims' rights," the statement says.

There was much debate about where Prince Andrew received the money to pay the victim's settlement fees. Many assumed it was public funds from the UK, to which they put out a statement encouraging the public that it wasn't. Then others speculated that the Queen helped pay the lions share towards the settlement. These allegations have come to light once again after the death of Queen Elizabeth.

A statement from the Treasury, in response to a Freedom of Information request, ruled out any public funding: "No public money has been used to pay legal or settlement fees."

There have been suggestions that the Queen could help to pay, using her private funds, but Buckingham Palace had declined to comment.

The latest "stipulation of dismissal" court papers showed the case being concluded, following the agreement reached between Prince Andrew and Ms Giuffre in February, which stopped the prospect of a courtroom battle in New York.

During the procession of the Queen's body a young man screamed out, "Andrew, you're a sick old man!" I don't think anyone from outside the UK disagreed with this statement, however he was tackled to the ground. He appeared to be young, two overweight, older White males started to push on him. These men tried to hit him but a woman emerged from the crowd yelling, "get your hands off of him!"

From TwitterThe police pushed him and as he screamed one last, "Disgusting!" Many watching on social media were elated as well as in agreement. However the British fans of the royals were posting threats, one man saying, "I wish he was standing next to me when he did that!" Another agreed with him posting "Me too!"

With almost 3 million views at the time of this publishing, you can only imagine the amount of arguments in the comments. Brits were very unhappy with those commenting in favor of this young man. Who I Tweeted deserved a GofundMe page and promptly received hatful tweets. Others said this was disrespect during a time of mourning.

When the young man was questioned by the police these are the words he said. They asked him why he had shouted at the Prince and he said that rich people shouldn't be allowed to get away with sexual assaults. He was calm and collective when speaking about his shouting outburst during the countries time of mourning. He isn't wrong, money should never pay someones way out of committing a crime.

Then there were those in Britain that said Andrew shouldn't have been invited. There is another disgusting video of Andrew bending over, running his hand over his daughter's rear end. Video below:
