Andrew Tate discusses the mental clarity he's experienced since being placed under house arrest

After prosecutors in Romania attempted to detain him until late April, a British-US social media influencer named Andrew Tate, along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women, Naghel Georgiana Manuela and Radu Alexandra Luana, were placed under house arrest instead on Friday. They are currently being investigated on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal organization to sexually exploit women.

They have refuted all allegations.

Andrew Tate's lawyer, Eugen Vidineac, told the press, "We view the court's decision as legal, comprehensive, and accurate." As per the decision, the brothers cannot communicate with witnesses or leave their residences without permission from the authorities. Eugen Vidineac stated, "We don't have the court's rationale yet, and we don't know whether there are any other prohibitions."

Tristan Tate spoke to Romanian reporters outside the prison and said, "We're going home." His brother, Andrew, did not comment. Outside the jail, more than 20 supporters awaited them, chanting "Top G," which is Andrew Tate's moniker among his followers.

Despite facing accusations of human trafficking, rape, and involvement in a criminal organization, all four individuals, including Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan, have vehemently denied the allegations. Following a successful appeal on Friday, they will remain under house arrest until April 29, according to Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for Romania's anti-organized crime agency, Diicot. As of now, none of them have been formally charged. During their court appearance, Andrew Tate also spoke to the crowd gathered outside the court. He said, "I’ve been in one room since last year, so it’s a little bit emotional. I truly believe that justice will be served in the end. There is zero per cent chance of me being found guilty of something I have not done. I maintain my absolute innocence."

He also posted a video of himself pacing in a room while smoking a cigar, saying: "Since last year I've been in 24-hour lockdown. No yard time."

“Pacing a 3-metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans. Vivid pain. One hour home and I can't stand my phone. Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan."

On Friday, Andrew Tate's lawyer, Eugen Vidineac, addressed the press outside the court, stating, "We see the court decision as legal, thorough and correct."

Tristan tweeted, "4 months without putting on a pair of alligator shoes. The struggle was real.

" The Court of Appeal in Bucharest has overturned the latest period of custody for the two brothers, replacing it with house arrest which will remain in effect until April 29th. The two female associates, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, have also been released from custody. As part of their release conditions, all four individuals are required to remain within the confines of their residences unless they have received prior judicial approval to leave.

According to Ramona Bolla, spokesperson for Romania's anti-organized crime unit, DIICOT, all four individuals, including Andrew and Tristan Tate, are set to be released tonight. She also stated that the court decision is final and the investigation is ongoing. She also said that, "The court decision is final. The investigation continues."

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been in custody since December as they are being investigated for serious allegations of rape, people trafficking, and forming an organized crime group. These are grave accusations, but both brothers have firmly denied any wrongdoing. Despite the nature of the charges, their lawyers have argued that keeping them in preventative custody was excessive, especially since other judicial options such as house arrest were available.

The decision to replace their latest period of custody with house arrest has come as a relief to the Tate brothers and their supporters. However, it's important to note that they are not yet out of the woods. The investigation is still ongoing, and the court's final decision will not be made until later.
