Sarah discover that her twelve year old daughter was receiving text from her boyfriend, Todd. She thought it was odd.

The text messages between them was very disturbing. Sarah was very shocked at what she discovered. She went into protective mother mode.

She called CPS. She shared her discovery over the phone. CPS, sent a letter to all parties. Since, Todd’s daughter Emily with his ex-wife was living with him. CPS also sent the ex-wife a letter, too.

The ex-wife called CPS and her daughter, neither disclosed what was going on. Emily is eighteen so, CPS cannot removed her from his home.

Sarah had found away to steal Todd’s phone and computer, for forensic justice. There were a lot of evidence found in Todd’s phone and computer. Todd tried to sue Sarah for stealing, only to be ignored by police and justice system.

Four years after this incident, Justice was finally given to Sarah’s daughter. They also discovered, Todd committed numerous sexual crime against so many victims. He was locked up in a correctional facility for eight years and after eight years he will have another case against him.

Todd had raped his ex-wife numerous time but since they were married it cannot be proven. Todd has inappropriately touched their daughter numerous time but Emily did not want to testify against her father.

Sarah had contacted Todd’s ex-wife. Sarah had understanding and compassion for Todd’s wife. Why would a court give custody to such a man like Todd? Why did the Court seal the abused, Todd committed against his wife and child?

Sarah hoped by telling his ex-wife that Todd was finally in jail, she might have a since of peace.

What would you do for justice? Would you steal someone’s property for evidence for your case? Todd should have been locked up twenty years ago but his mother had lied for him and become his alibi when he committed anything.

Todd had been traveling a lot from State to State committing sexual crime and no one has ever tried to stop him until now. Todd’s uncle and father were lawyers. He used them to learn how to get away with what he was doing for years.

Todd used to laugh at how stupid his victim’s were. He thought he was going to get away committing his crime forever. Todd had manipulated the court system as well as so many women.

Todd meet his matched when he decided to have a relationship with Sarah. Sarah met Todd two years after his divorced . Sarah thought, Todd’s ex-wife was a bad woman since she lost custody of their child.

Todd used to bragged that he spent a lot of money to gain custody of his daughter, Emily. He manipulated the court clerk to hide documents his wife sent to the court. He also manipulated the court stenographers to change things to gain the court favor.

Todd was a very evil man who used women to do his bidding most of his life. If he could not controlled them he physically, emotionally and mentally abused them to a point they have no capacity to defend themselves against his abused.

Todd had sued lawyers and investigators just to confused the justice system and to put it on record he was innocent and the victim. He would laugh at how he get away with stuff.

Now, Todd is serving time and justice finally caught up with him.

Do you think, it’s justifiable for Sarah steal Todd’s properties for the sake of justice for her child? If the police department confiscate his computer and phone, Todd would have found away to erased the evidence before these items gets in the police custody.

Would stolen evidence be accepted by the court, it may have to legally obtained. I felt for sure someone was gonna shoot Todd, that arse. Probably die in prison.

Is this based on a true crime story? Either way very chilling and a long overdue jail sentence for Todd.
