As a child, Mr. Morsi was a minor player who, because of his poor academic performance and mischievous nature, had to spend long hours waiting in the garden of his father, a renowned gardener whose lifelong quest was to bring him into Egyptian politics.

But instead, Egypt's politics are complicated and ruled by the military for a long time, and if you are a civilian, you want to touch the political pattern ruled by the military, it is just like a glass window.

Morsi had taken the civil service exam, which in the Egyptian system requires long school hours and at least three years of practical experience, until the age of 19, he was still the son of a gardener, and no one cared about his political ambitions and ideals.

His father's garden covered more than 10 acres, and in Cairo, his father's garden maintained the demand for flowers for the government's daily use and major events, and Morsi used the opportunity to meet many dignitaries, but they all told the young Morsi that politics is a big dye house, and if you don't have enough immunity, stay away from politics.

The young Morsi suffered setbacks, because of the failure to enter the civil service, had to wait for a long time to work in his father's garden as a gardener.

He suggested to his father that at least ten gardeners should be employed in order to maintain the daily needs of the place. After thinking about this, his father did not agree to his request. Next, his father made a bold decision to remove the fence of the garden and hire only one gardener for the ten acres of the garden. Afraid of someone tearing down their flowers.

His father has intensified, he invited many farmers nearby to enjoy the flowers together, before leaving, indicating that each of them can take a pot of flowers, who will refuse beauty? These people are overjoyed, after a long time, here has become an ocean of people, and flowers often lose phenomenon.

Mursi insisted on rejecting his father's way of doing business, saying that in time the garden would disappear, but his father disagreed, saying, "Wait and see, it will work out."

Six months later, Mursi noticed a strange phenomenon, the garden was crowded with people, these people took flowers, but also brought fertilizer in, they would often come to work on the flowers, sprinkle the fertilizer into the flower, or weed, pick worms, the work that used to take ten gardeners, now only one gardener can do, it is a miracle.

His father taught him that emotion is the best bond to maintain the relationship between people, and that only by trusting each other and opponents can you win respect and dignity.

Morsi entered Egyptian politics at the right time. He became a political all-around player because he was good at communication and communication. Many people admired his political skills, but he was deeply influenced by his father's interpersonal views and played both sides in Egyptian politics.

In Egypt's June 2012 presidential election, an unheralded Morsi broke the pattern of military rule and became the first democratically elected president in the country's history.

His success tells us: give someone a rose, leave fragrance in your hand. The best way to be admired is to trust others, to be friends, not enemies. Only a gardener's garden, in fact, is the embodiment of the charm of the host's personality, no one will refuse the fragrance of flowers, as long as the host friendly invitation, almost all people are willing to enter their own spring.
