No one talks about how heavy it feels.

Nobody talks about the kind of pressure that exists. It is not caused by people yelling at you. It is not caused by obligations or deadlines. It comes quietly. It sits in your mind. each and every day. The stress of trying to figure out your life. When you get up in the morning, it is already there, even before you check your phone or get out of bed. That whisper that asks you questions to which you may or may not have an answer. "What do I want to do with my life?" "Am I doing the right thing?" Why is everything so hazy to me? And here's the truth: You don’t always know. Sometimes you try to ignore it. Your phone serves as a distraction. by having conversations. with activities at random. However, it always returns. Quietly. because you know deep down that it matters. People are moving forward as you look around. People achieving things.people who appear to be in control. After that, you examine your own self. You’re trying. You are in fact. But somehow, it still feels like you’re not doing enough. It's a heavy feeling. Because it’s not just about where you are. It all comes down to where you think you should be. You begin mentally creating timelines. "At this age, I ought to have figured this out." "By this time, I ought to be more stable," "I ought to be doing better than this," he says. And when your experience falls short of those expectations... The pressure grows. Even when you're lying down... It is still present. Your thoughts wander as you watch a movie. A part of you is still thinking even though you're laughing at something. You’re trying to relax, but something inside you keeps reminding you of everything you haven’t figured out yet.And slowly…Rest stops feeling like rest. It begins to feel like guilt. Guilt for not doing more.regret over not being more Guilt for not having everything together. And that guilt can be exhausting.Because it follows you everywhere. But here’s something no one really tells you.You are not the only one feeling this way.A lot of people you think “have it all figured out”…

Are also trying to figure things out.

Quietly.

They simply fail to display it. because everyone is attempting to appear normal. Everyone is trying to look like they know what they’re doing.

Everyone is attempting to project authority. But behind that image…

Confusion reigns. There’s doubt.

There are questions they haven’t answered yet.

They are not fakes just because of that. It gives them character. Just like you.

Not that you haven't figured everything out is the problem. The issue is believing you are required to. Somewhere along the way, you started believing that life is something you must fully understand at a certain age.

That you’re supposed to have a clear plan.

That you’re supposed to know exactly where you’re going.

But life doesn’t really work like that…

Life is not something you solve all at all.

And maybe, just maybe…

You should not rush through this phase of your life. Maybe it’s something to understand.

Because everything seems to be out of place in this place... You are learning things you wouldn’t learn if everything made sense.

You are developing your patience. You are developing your capacity to accept uncertainty. You are learning how to keep going even when you don’t feel sure.

And those lessons matter.

even if they lack excitement. even if they don't seem like a step forward. Because one day, when things begin to fall into place…

You'll see that this time of confusion wasn't a waste of time. It was all prepping. Preparation for the person you are becoming.

preparation for obtaining the clarity you seek. Preparation for the life you are slowly building, even when you can’t fully see it yet.

Therefore, rather than fighting this phase, Try to embrace it.

Not because it’s easy.

But because it’s necessary.

Because sometimes, before things become clear.
