And some people do nothing for a whole year, even because of some workplace unspoken rules in the work of their thanks to eating, pay and return is very different, the leadership of their evaluation is not very high.

Why the latter?

The answer is: failing to protect yourself in the workplace and build a trusting relationship with your leaders!

In the workplace, we do not need to cheat, nor do not need to be cunning, let alone fish, which is a waste of their precious time and is not a cost-effective business. In addition to striving for progress, we also need to do a good job of their workplace safety and establish a cooperative and trusting relationship with the leadership, to make their workplace a safe situation, that can better promote the work.

Ensure your workplace safety

Job Security: In the workplace, an important prerequisite for good work is that you are safe. If your position and job are about to be lost, you are thinking that everything else is useless. Therefore, if there is a corresponding threat in the workplace, react and prepare for it. Save your job first, then everything else.

Credit security: In the workplace, everyone will have a credit rating in the hearts of leaders and colleagues. If your credit rating is very low, leaders and colleagues will find it difficult to trust you, doubt you, work will be blocked, and even the workplace relationship will gradually deteriorate. Therefore, we should keep our credit in good condition in the workplace.

Personal safety: harassment, some illegal operations, etc., also happen in the workplace, so protect your safety, try to stay away from those irritable, paranoid people, and not get involved in some illegal things, if you can't do it alone, immediately leave.

In fact, "all actions, to ensure their safety", is the most important principle of workplace survival.

In addition, in the workplace work, we should also pursue "progress" and "income".

In other words, it's best to do a lot of things in the workplace that is self-enhancing and help you grow, which is a hard skill for you to survive in the workplace. If you work for years and don't improve, it will be harder and harder to survive in the future.

As for "benefits", we do not pursue pie in the sky, but we should ensure that the gains and efforts should be consistent, to protect their interests, after all, most people work to earn money to live. Of course, try to be as objective as possible, because some people will always feel that they give far more than they get back, even if they don't.

Build a relationship of trust with your leader

First of all, we need to be clear that if we want to win the support of leaders in the workplace, we must first earn the trust of leaders.

In the workplace, many of us are born to resist leaders, usually try to avoid leaders, contactless contact, work is never active communication and report. Procrastinate as much as possible. Then there is the person who is too devoted to pleasing the boss and is disliked by other colleagues.

Neither of these is very good people; You hide from the leader, the leader will be difficult to have an impression on you, and some opportunities will be difficult to fall on you. You don't actively report and communicate your work, and your boss doesn't know what you've been doing and how your work is doing. And excessive ingratiation with the leader, easy to covers up your real ability and performance, which will affect the establishment of trust between you.

Advice:

1. Get in touch with leaders in daily life to strengthen their impression of you.

2. Report to your boss frequently and actively, ask questions, and make your boss feel "in control" of you.

3. Help leaders share the burden at critical moments.
