Housemate Nightmare

On that week when I moved out in very late June / early July 2021 , my mum started to see Sam’s true colours and realised not every person in her generation or older do not have their best interests at heart when it comes to me.I do not want younger generations in this book to think that people in their parents generations or older are all nice. Bridget the ex assistant of Sam was so unfiltered and said my mum thought that sam was so caring and loving for you. Bridget and I started texting over the winter and we shared each other everything. Sam sent me terrible messages over the phone on that week , whileI was finding an another place to life.

She told me I needed a carer and blaming my mental health issues by claiming I was too much in the house. I felt it was bullying via showing some hostile aggression over text messages . Around that time during lockdown I was talking to some random in the area who is neurologically diverse even though her house did not have suitable bedding for me.I said that my currents housemate made some offensive comments and she replied via text ‘ how rude of her .

The ableism is outstanding in those comments.’ I did not want to go outside in normal clothes , only my pyjamas to walk to Caddens corner and get breakfast or coffee just to cheer me up. Order Mexican via Uber eats on my phone.I had my payslip from my support work job in Sydney and it was like $150 dollars , luckily I could cover the moving expenses because the new permanent room was in Kingswood, very close to Caddens.

I covered the expenses for the Uber transport moving stuff and for the laundromat place at Caddens corner. I cleaned my sheets and the dog beds for the evil lady Sam. Sam was a bitch but I did not want her good looks from the cosmetic procedures to fool my mum. She wore long sleeved clothing especially long sleeved dresses in the summer over the knee. It was extremely hot in Penrith. I would not be able to cope with that.Sam had very dark brown/black hair and she had Mediterranean skin like her father she told me about. Had dark eyes too. I cleaned my room with the cleaning products and Sam hugged me.She said “ I have nothing against you , we are friends again” .

But that promised was very short term and the situation turned into a big point of betrayal and I realised that this was all one sided loyalty when I was in her home.She started a fight with my mother on the phone and started rumours about me via email. I was at peace watching Netflix and unpacking stuff in my room.Sam suddenly texted me saying that ‘ your mum is very nasty , you can only visit the dogs when mum is nice. I have done a lot things for you.’ . I believed her side of the story for a a hour or so. She wanted my mum to pay for a lawyer but did not explain why. She also blackmailed me to pay give her the keys or I have to owe her money for a locksmith.

My mum warned me not to go to her house anymore because she is dangerous and she got so mad at me for going to Zeus and give them the keys back. Well I decided to do that after the heated text message exchange on that cold July afternoon in Penrith. I did not want to owe her money for a new locksmith so I gave the keys back. I eventually found out why they had a fight over text message , as I am talking about Sam and my mother.My mum video called me on Facebook from Queensland. My mum poured out her side of the story and said that “ Sam is being nasty to me “. My mum copied and pasted the text messages between them and how the fight went down south.

5th of July 2021

Mum: ‘Home yet ? Still waiting for my money.’

Sam: ‘As you have not acknowledged all the damages we can’t proceed. I never didn’t acknowledge your bond. I was ready to adjust it after expenses but you prefer court. I will organise a statement of claim for damages that come out of the bond, we could have worked it out ourselves but it got nasty so might be best if we pay $350 per hour for lawyers as your are not reasonable. I did do much for your daughter more than anyone else but none was appreciated.’

Mum: ‘Please proceeded with the lawyers. Have you checked your ABN details recently? Very interesting.’

Sam: ‘I will work it out.’

Mum: ‘Hope your fiancee comes to court.’

Sam: ‘I am blocking your number , your not reasonable to deal with’

Mum: ‘Not being unreasonable. Doing you a favour really!’

Sam:’ I’m happy with that because you talk to wrong person and I’m not worried about anything you talking about. I got my lawyer and my last name is Moon not Mooney lol . I give all this stuff you to me to my lawyer today too , thank you’

Sam: ‘Erin did not turn up yesterday and we don’t know you gonna return the rest of the money but it’s fine I just to send you receipt of that carpet cleaning on Thursday and thank you for ringing real estate for me we all short out everything with them no problem but if I give my lawyer today of why I’m waiting for your daughter out of here because of crime. She do go in my room without permission when I’m in shower and go on my laptop change my personal details on my Facebook. I’m not take this one but you nasty to me so yes I will now’.

Here is some home truths. I did contact Sam on Whats App because I wanted her to do the right thing to give her the money to my mum. She apparently paid $272 to my mum via her bank account , showed a screenshot of the payment but my mum has never received the money.

I did not change her personal details on Facebook on the laptop. I did once on the phone when I did not like her lying about her age and she had a big scary meltdown over it. She asked me to help with her Facebook .I did not know her passwords at all . I only guessed her password once on the phone before that was when she asked me to screenshot texts on the phone for her legal case against Sam. Nor I do not know her bank password details. In early July she wanted me to sign a illegal document to prove that she paid the bond money in a legal manner:

The funny thing was that the house was rented by Sam and she was subletting illegally by advertising rooms on flatmates.com . So my mum dealt with the situation by calling the real estate in Penrith to dob her in and the employee on the phone said “that she is not allowed to do that”. I looked at flatmates even though I had a place to live in Kingswood so quick. Her advertisements for the room was removed. The other guy still lived downstairs and had no idea how horrible Sam was to other people. Poor asian guy.
