Are you coffee lover just like I am? I can’t live without coffee. Coffee is just like my energy drink in the morning and throughout the day. The aroma of coffee when waking up is just as wonderful as a cherry blossom perfume. Coffee is very important for us, Americans.

That awesome smell of coffee at 8am..

Our culture's belief is that the first thing you drink during the day is coffee. Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain flowering plants in the Coffea genus, full of antioxidants and stimulating effects for us, humans. It helps your intestines to have a healthy bowel movement and its caffeine helps us get energy.

Who doesn’t like coffee these days? It is very common to see the majority of adults drinking that delicious drink in the morning. It is a truly blessing. Based on research, coffee dates back to centuries of old oral tradition in modern day Ethiopia. Coffee was first discovered by the 9th century Ethiopian goat-herder Kaldi. Throughout the years, coffee has become one of the favorites drinks for energy. Coffee is dark-colored, somehow acidic. It is a very popular drink worldwide.

There are many ways to prepare it. Some people prepare as an expresso, frappuccino, iced coffee, etc. In other words, coffee is a cold and hot drink just as desired. I tend to buy my coffee in Starbucks within the United States of America. Starbucks is one of best stores to buy your coffee. It is among the favorite in Americans. They sell any kind of coffee, you just need to take a look at their menu.

A while back, I tried a limited edition coffee. It was one of my among favorites. It had a minty, kind of chocolate taste. I would definitely try it out again. I wish Starbucks would make this type of coffee of regular sales in today's market. I can't survive without coffee, it is just part of me. It defines me. Every person that tend to know me, knows that I'm a coffee lover. For those who are suffering from anxiety and drink coffee, they should have moderate portions. 1-3 cups of day is enough. For those who works a lot, it depends on how caffeine works in your body. I drink around 3-5 cups of coffee a day.

It sounds like a lot, right? Well, it is kind of. Have you ever heard of all of its benefits? Let's stick around a little longer to read more about the benefits of coffee. Based on scientific research, coffee helps you live longer, even with sugar. Who wouldn't love to live longer? I would love to! Moderate coffee intake (about 2–5 cups a day) is linked to a lower likelihood of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, liver, and endometrial cancer, etc. When people think of coffee, people see it as a drug. Well, it is kind of, but it is a healthy drink for your daily intake.

There are two types of coffee: Arabica and Robusta. Only two states in the U.S. produces coffee. Amazing, isn't it? Fantastic! California and Hawaii are those two states. Coffee beans are potentially seeds, if you would think of it.. think of it as seeds. Simple. Hawaii's climate helps farmers harvest those seeds in order to obtain the desired outcome. Everyone who knows about Hawaii, clearly knows that Hawaii is a tropical climate. Sometimes kind of dangerous due to their volcanoes, but it is worth it to harvest.

Next time when you drink coffee, think about these benefits and facts and enjoy your coffee to the fullest!
