Life throws a series of problems in our way, and we must deal with them no matter what. Sometimes its way more complex than we thought but eventually, we get over it. With problems come anxiety, grief, discomfort, guilt, anger, sadness, and despair. But with difficulties, our lives become interesting and we get to learn about other people and ourselves. Problems make our lives happier and more fulfilling. How we approach problems often determines whether we're happy or miserable.

Problems can be good things, too. Problems are situations that make us think and force us to be creative and resourceful. They can also teach us things we didn't know before. Some problems push us forward in life, it allows us to learn and grow in different ways. Some of us panic when we face a problem and some of us stay calm, both reactions are normal. We just have to take out solutions to those problems as soon as possible.

Life was never meant to be easy, it was meant to be a journey filled with problems and challenges at every stage of our lives. Everyone in their life has their ups, downs, and plateaus; just like a roller coaster. And we can’t stop that roller coaster; it’s the cycle of life. In the cycle of life, we are taught that even our failures are better than our victories.

Although problems can be difficult and challenging to deal with, they can also be a blessing in disguise. When we face a problem, we are forced to think creatively and come up with new solutions. Problems can also help us build resilience and strength. When we face a difficult situation and overcome it, we become more confident in our abilities and more resilient in the face of future challenges. In addition, problems can help us develop empathy and compassion for others. When we face a problem, we may seek help from others, and in turn, we may be inspired to help others who are facing similar challenges.

One common problem that we face is stress. Whether it is caused by work, school, or personal issues, stress can take a toll on our mental and physical health. It's important to develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress, such as exercise, meditation, spend time with ourselves and our loved ones. Relationship issues can also be a source of stress and difficulty in life. Whether it is a romantic relationship or friendship, conflicts may arise and cause tension. It is important to communicate openly and honestly with the other person, healthy communication is the key to relationships and friendship, Work together to find a solution that works for both of you.

To deal with a problem we have to make our perspectives wider and at the brighter side of the problem for example; you are about to cross a street but you tripped and fall, and you got hurt a little. After a few seconds, a drunk driver crossed by you really fast. You should be thankful for tripping; otherwise, you could have ended up in a bad accident. That's how you were saved by a problem. Similarly, when I had a problem with my car and couldn't do the repairs right away, my problem became an opportunity to get some exercise-something I'd been waiting to do anyway. I had to walk a mile each day to get to the bus stop and back. But in the meantime, I got the chance to start getting back in shape, and I saved a lot on gas. I've come to realize that problems are really part of what makes life worth living.
