Let the hot water flow, with bath salts and oils, until you are ready to sink into a luxurious, heavenly end of the day, to sink into a warm bath with oils and bubbles, soothing your body and smoothing your skin ravaged by the day with music, playing and candles burning with beautiful scents.

Immersed in warmth, you can stay here until your body and soul are replenished, and knowing that you can do this tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow, to prepare for dealing with the times ahead.

You may hear birdsong outside the window, the breeze blowing as you relax, swirling the water and feeling it wash over your waiting skin.
