Opinion

I was interested in a soup diet. My family physician approved. However, when I looked for cookbooks on the soup diet, there were only a few.

So, now, I have found cookbooks for soft food. If I cannot win with soup. aleast let me win with soft, yes?

Above are my favorites. Ingredients that are easy to find, recipes that are easy to prepare and ingredients that are inexpensive.

Delicious, yes?

But that’s not all.

There are many people who have stomach problems, swallowing problems and chewing problems. This cookbook is perfect for them! Maybe buy one on ebay or Amazon. Borrowed a copy from the library.

Buy a copy for yourself! You deserve it!

Finally, I would like to tell you a little bit about a personal problem. My roommates like to eat tough and thick steak. I cannot have any as I almost choked. A nice soup diet would have been my good and little treat but I am going to gladly accept soft foods!

Most of the recipes that I highlighted are no-cook. Nice for a child to start out with. Then, no need to heat up your kitchen in the summer.

This cookbook is also good for a beginner cook to learn with.

This cookbook is good for the picky eater.

This cookbook is easy to follow.

I like the commentary before each recipe.

I give this cookbook a 5-star review!
