However, the body and mind return to resonance, just like a laser, putting thoughts, emotions, and physical and mental reactions at the same pace, fluctuating together, and concentrating in the same direction. Such synchronous concentration can not only relax the whole body, but also improve the efficiency of operation, but get the most comfortable rest, deeper than sleep.

Although, as the ancients said, there are "84000 methods" for meditation. However, to sum up one by one, I think the most efficient method can not be separated from the "listening" of the ear and the "seeing" of the eye. Listen, you can hold your own spell or use your voice to guide. Look, it is to imagine, that is, the root of the eye to look in. The rapid pace of human evolution to modern life is inseparable from the operation of these two senses. Water Yoga

I've never been so comfortable. I can relax. The water slowly floated from the midvein, flowed from the top of the head, and flowed to a large balloon next to it, at least three meters wide and three meters high. Slowly, turn this balloon into water.

As more and more water flowed out, I sank into this water polo and found that I could continue to breathe. Not only can breathe, but also very comfortable, breathing naturally becomes slow and long.

The whole earth is water, flowing out through me, cleaning and purifying.

I'm in there, enjoying it easily. Let go of everything, let go of breath. Let go of this body, let go of the midvein, let go of the world, let go of everything, only water at most.

Only water. Water, only water. Warm water, clean water, glowing water.

There is only peace and joy in my heart. All my problems can be handed over to the water and let the water wash away all my troubles.

Slowly, the water wants to go home. Through me, the water wants to go home. From the midrib, through me, the water wants to flow out, to the ground.

I let it flow and let it go down. He wants to go to the sea, he wants to go to the lake, and when he goes home, I let him go home.

From this big water polo, through my head, the water flows slowly. All the water is withdrawn, and every cell is clean, to the calves, heels, soles of the feet, toes.

All the water is withdrawn and clean. Water, all flow away.

I slowly returned to this time and space, at most can only do a salute with the water, full of gratitude.
