The skin is a mirror reflecting the aging process of our human organism and is one of the important external conditions. The aging of the skin will not only be affected by the organ systems in the organism, but also by external environmental factors such as ultraviolet light and environmental pollution, and over time, the skin will gradually age.

From the appearance of skin, aging will appear these 3 types of performance

1, wrinkles increase

Wrinkles can be said to be one of the most obvious and major signs of skin aging, but also one of the significant signs of aging. Our skin contains two main types of wrinkles: dynamic wrinkles and static wrinkles.

Skin will age over time

Dynamic wrinkles tend to develop in a direction perpendicular to muscle contraction, such as headlights and crow's feet that radiate around the eyes. Dynamic wrinkles can appear at all ages and arise from the contraction of skeletal muscles, and also usually disappear as the facial muscles relax. Static wrinkles, on the other hand, are persistent and will become more severe with age.

2、Sagging skin

Loose and sagging skin is also one of the manifestations of aging, mainly in the cheeks, around the mouth and lips, and the jaw. Different fat amounts in people's skin will also produce different degrees of pulling up. Unlike dynamic wrinkles, aging or reduction of facial expression changes leading to a decrease in muscle function may be one of the causes of sagging.

3、Pigmentation

Local pigmentation forms, mainly melasma and age spots, in addition, the skin tone will begin to yellow. Melanin is an important pigment that determines skin tone and is deposited in keratin-forming cells. In addition to pigmentation, hyperpigmentation around the eyes (e.g. dark circles) is also age-related. As the skin thins with age, a concave surface with increased pigmentation forms on the inner part of the eyelids and cheeks, and dark circles appear more prominent.

How to slow down skin aging and improve aging skin symptoms?

For skin problems, anti-aging can be mainly done in several dimensions such as reducing wrinkles, firming skin, and brightening skin tone. Many skin care products on the market can increase the water content of the skin by relaxing facial muscles and increasing collagen, in addition, cleansing and softening the stratum corneum are also "important contributors" to the anti-wrinkle effect.

Of course, in addition to the skin, all aspects of the body will also appear with some signs of aging.

The aging of the body is the result of long-term accumulation, but the fact is that everyone ages at a different rate. In addition to genetic factors, personal experience, past life history, development, nutrition, childbirth, labor, and disease history all influence the changes of the body; in addition, the living environment, society, family environment, and economic status that each person lives in are the sources of mental state and living conditions when entering old age.

After the age of 40, it has already begun to manifest.

1. Physical appearance

After the age of 40 or 50, aging changes will gradually manifest themselves. The most obvious is the gradual graying of the hair and the skin changes mentioned above. At the same time, due to the reduction of subcutaneous fat, muscles will also gradually atrophy, joint wear and tear, ligament loss of elasticity, mobility problems, and degeneration of the five senses will follow.

2、Internal organs

The aging of different organs and tissues starts at different times. The first organs to start aging are muscles, arteries, heart, thymus, and large intestine, followed by the esophagus, trachea, kidney, ureter, and bladder, and finally cartilage, bones, veins, hair, tendons, teeth, skin, nerves, cornea and sclera.

The human body consists of several major systems, which are composed of organs, tissues, and cells that perform different physiological functions. Aging changes begin in the cells and eventually manifest themselves in changes in the structure of the tissues, the functional state of the organs, and the changes in the vital systems.
