Before you go to sleep at night, turn off the lights, sit on your bed, close your eyes, exhale through your mouth, exhale deeply, and say "Oh …" Oh... Remember, I'm not saying "buzzing", I'm just saying "Oh", it will automatically become "buzzing", you don't have to do it, if you do it, then it becomes fake. You just make a "European" sound, and when it becomes more harmonious and you enjoy it, all of a sudden you will realize that it becomes "buzzing", but don't force it to become "buzzing", because if forced, it will become false. When it becomes a spontaneous "buzz", then it is something that vibrates from within. This "buzzing" sound is the deepest sound, the most harmonious and basic sound.

In the evening, turn off the lights, sit on the bed, exhale deeply through your mouth and make a "O" sound. When you have completely exhaled your breath, when you feel that it is impossible to exhale now, and the whole breath has run out, stop, don't inhale, don't exhale, just stop. In that stop, you are the divine; in that stop, you do nothing or even breathe, and in that stop, you are in the sea.

Just stay in that stop for a while, become an observer, and pay attention to what is happening. Be aware that you are there: look at the whole state of being during that stop moment. Time no longer exists, because time moves with breathing, breathing is the process of time, because you breathe, so you will feel that time is moving. When you don't breathe, you're like a dead man. Time stops, the process is gone, everything stops, as if the whole existence stops with you, and in that stop, you can be aware of the deepest source of your nature and energy, so stop for a moment and inhale through your nose, but don't make any effort to inhale.

Remember, exhale as hard as you can, but don't make any effort to inhale. Just let your body inhale automatically. Just relax your grip and let your body inhale automatically. You don't do anything. It's beautiful and can work miracles. You have exhaled, stop for a moment, and then let your body inhale. Don't make any effort to inhale, you just watch your body inhale.

When you watch your body inhale, you will feel a deep serenity around you, because in this way you know that your efforts are unnecessary for life, that life will breathe by itself, that it will move by itself, and that it is caused by itself. It is a river, and you continue to push it unnecessarily. You will learn that your body is inhaling, your efforts are not needed, your self is not needed, you are not needed, as long as you are a viewer, as long as you watch your body inhale, you will feel a deep peace. When the body is full of air, stop again and pay attention.

These two moments are completely different. When you exhale completely and then stop, that stop is like death, when you completely inhale and then stop, that stop is the pinnacle of life. Remember: inhale equals life, exhale equals death, that's why the first thing a child does at birth is to inhale, and when the same child grows old and dying, the last thing he does is exhale. On this earth, the first thing you do when you enter life is to inhale, and the last thing you will do is exhale. No one can inhale when he dies. When you die, you must exhale. You die with the exhale. No one can exhale at birth. You have to start by inhaling.

Those who know, those who look deeply into their inner life process, they say-- you will feel that you are born again with every inhale, and die with every exhale, so death is not the final thing. Birth is not the beginning, every moment has life and death, you die every moment, and then you are born again. If you die beautifully, you will be born again more beautifully, and if you die completely, you will be born completely.

In the morning, when you feel sleepy has left you, don't open your eyes immediately. The mind tends to open your eyes immediately, so you miss a great opportunity, because when drowsiness leaves you and the energy of life wakes up in you, you can pay attention to them. That "look" will be very helpful to enter deep meditation.

At that moment, you may still be drowsy, and you will want to turn over and go back to sleep, so you have to do one thing: close your eyes for three minutes, stretch your body like a cat, keep your eyes closed, don't open your eyes, don't look at your body from the outside, look at your body from the inside. Stretch, move, let your body's energy flow, feel it. When it is fresh, feel that it is good, and that feeling will follow you all day.

The first thing to do is to laugh, because it sets the trend all day, and if you do so, you will feel like your inner mood is laughing and enjoying all day for two or three days. Don't be afraid of what others will say, because they may also be waiting for you to make such a change, so you laugh and help them laugh.

Remember: the first thing at the beginning of the day will set that trend, and so will the last thing at night. So start your sleep with deep relaxation so that the whole night becomes a samadhi and a deep meditation. Six to eight hours, that's a long time. If you live sixty years, you spend twenty years in bed.

Twenty years is a long time, if you can change the quality of sleep, then you don't need to go to the forest to meditate. Twenty years, that's enough! You don't need to go anywhere, you don't need to do anything. If you can change your sleep, then you don't need to go into the forest for twelve years, like Mahavia, or practice for six years, like the Buddha. Twenty years is a long time, when you sleep, you do nothing, so it is easy to meditate, because meditation is more like "inaction" than "promising". It is a kind of deep relaxation.

When you go to sleep, relax, when you leave to sleep, smile. That smile should be the first prayer. Remember: if you can laugh, sooner or later you will believe in God. A person who laughs cannot remain an atheist for long, and a sad person, no matter what he says, cannot be a true believer in God. Because sadness means he refuses, sadness means he opposes, sadness means he denies and condemns. Laughter shows a deep acceptance, laughter shows celebration, laughter shows that life is beautiful.
