If people keep their basic childlike innocence, meditation will not be needed!

Once a child becomes aware of his own innocence, there is no difference between a child and a saint. Saints are not higher and children are not lower. The only difference is that children don't know what it is and saints know it.

I think of Socrates. At the last moment of his life, he said to his wife, "when I was young, I used to think I knew a lot." As I get older, when I know more, a strange thing begins to happen, realizing that knowing more is making me know less. "

And finally, when Delphi's Oracle declared that Socrates was the wisest man in the world-the people of Athens were happy and they went to see Socrates, but Socrates said, "go back and tell Oracle that his prediction is wrong at least once." Socrates doesn't know anything. "

People were shocked. They went to see Oracle-- but Oracle smiled and said, "that's why I declare him to be the wisest man in the world!" Ignorant people think they know. "the more you know, the more naive you become.

According to Socrates' division, there are two kinds of people: the ignorant and the ignorant. The world is ruled by the second kind of people. These are your priests, your professors; these are your leaders, these are your saints, these are the messiahs of your religion, the saviors, the prophets, and they all declare that they know. But their announcement undermined the innocence of a simple child.

He has thousands of migrations, and he is one of the rarest people on earth, and he calls only four: "I will ask only one question what is the nature of my teachings and anyone who gives me the right answer will be my heir." "

Everyone is silent, with great expectations. Everyone looks at the first migration, learning the most and learning the most. The first one said, "going beyond the mind is the sum of all your teachings." "

Dharma said, "you got my fur, but no more than that." "

He turned to the second door, and his disciples said, "there is no one who is beyond his mind." It's all silence. There is no difference between what must be transcended and what must be transcended. This is the essence of your teaching. "

Dharma said, "you've got my bones." "

When he turned to the third, his disciples said, "the nature of your teaching is indescribable." "

Dharma smiled and said, "but you have expressed it!" You said something about it. You got my bone marrow. "

And he turned to the fourth door, he only tears and silence, no answer. He was at Dharma's feet-and he was accepted as heir, even though he didn't answer anything. But he didn't answer, he answered, he didn't use words, he didn't use language. There is more than any language can contain, and his tears show a lot. And what could say more than his gratitude to master and his piety and gratitude?

A large number of people are very disappointed, because of this man, no one has ever thought about him. The great scholar is rejected; the great wise man is not accepted, but an ordinary person. But it was usually the only extraordinary thing in the world-that childlike miracle, that childlike mysterious experience.

Remember one thing: the moment you start to know something, you are no longer a child. You begin to become part of the adult world. Society begins to let you into civilization; it distracts you from your essential nature. When the child is surrounded by mystery, there is no answer to anything but a mystery, no problem, and he happens to be at the point where the saint finally arrives.

That is why childlike innocence is compared to meditation again and again. If people keep their basic childlike innocence, meditation will not be needed. Do you know the root of meditation? it's the same as the root of medicine. It's medicine. It's just that when you're sick, medicine is needed. If you are mentally ill, meditation is needed. Childlike innocence is your mental health, your spiritual integrity; you do not need any meditation.

People are taken seriously for absolutely absurd reasons. All religions play a role in poisoning people. A man who is on any journey in pursuit of power must destroy people's laughter, his naive surprised eyes, and his childhood. A child giggling seems to be more dangerous to these people than an atomic weapon. In fact, they are right-if the whole world starts to laugh more, wars will be reduced. If people begin to love their innocence and do not care about knowledge, there will be a beauty and blessing in life that we have become completely unaware of.

The whole of life becomes just a utility: either you are an inspector, or you are a policeman, or you are a minister, or you are just a teacher, just a function that any robot can do.

The only thing a robot can't do is meditation. In other words, I'm saying that people who are not meditating are robots, not knowing that they are just utilities, functions, and they are needed.

But a meditative man realizes for the first time that it doesn't matter whether he is needed or not, he is his own happiness. He is blessed himself, and he does not rely on anyone to please him. That's the only freedom possible in the world. Otherwise, everyone is a slave.

I want you to absolutely understand it, unless you rejoice in your own harmony, unless your roses open in your heart, you are just a commodity, just a thing, an object.

Meditation reveals your subjectivity. Subjectivity is your consciousness, and your consciousness and its experience make your life meaningful, eternal, immortal, with no beginning and no end. Celebrate, dance from moment to moment.

Unless you turn life into a moment-after-moment dance, and you miss the opportunity that existence gives you.
