Raising the eyebrows together with wide eyes and smiling with the corners of the mouth in different positions are all daily facial biases and causes of sagging and wrinkles. Forehead wrinkles are a sign of sagging

1: Forehead wrinkles are a sign of laxity

(1) With your eyes slightly closed, press your fingertips against the top of your eyebrows and gently lift them while applying pressure to bring them up to the correct position in the golden ratio.

Doing lower eyelid exercises can strengthen the eyelid muscles.

(1) Use the index, middle, and ring fingers of your left hand to point and press the right eyebrow while pointing and pressing the index finger of your right hand against the right corner of your eye, and the other fingers against your cheek as shown in the picture so that the corner of your eye returns to the correct position through this movement.

(2) Push the lower eyelid upward with the right hand and close the eye by external force for 3 seconds. Be careful not to press hard on the eye, but only close the eyelid by pushing upward on the lower eyelid, and do this 5 times. Then exercise the lower eyelid on the other side.

-Upper eyelid exercise method

Exercising the sagging upper eyelid helps to restore muscle strength, which can effectively improve the laxity of the eyelid and make the eyes look more lively.

(1) Place your left hand on your forehead and gently press upward, while using the tip of your right pinky finger to point at the root of the eyelashes on the outside of the upper eyelid of your right eye and gently close your eyes.

(2) Pick up the upper eyelid with the tip of the pinky finger, pay attention to the forehead when doing the eye-opening action, keep your eyes open for 3 seconds and do it 5 times repeatedly. Then do the other side.

(3) Gently lift your eyebrows with both hands, gently close your eyes, and then open your eyes to look upward as if your upper eyelids were deeply rolled up. Do not move your forehead, hold it for 3 seconds, and do it 10 times. (Plus eye-opening exercise)
