Death is the opening to a greater life.

In the face of death, most of us inevitably have feelings of fear and loss. In particular, the death of our loved ones has dealt the greatest blow to us. Not to mention that some people have lost their children, this kind of pain is incomprehensible to people who have never experienced it.

On further observation, death is not just the disappearance of a life. We can also use death to describe the passing of an intimate relationship. Sometimes, in a relationship that has been together for decades, if you finally break up and divorce, it will be more painful than losing a relative, and even make people blame the unfair fate. I know a lot of friends, and I can't get used to it because of this loss. Don't blame yourself, assume that you must have failed in some way, and be annoyed about it, or blame each other and leave the responsibility for the breakup to each other. There are also friends, which is also the case of most people, who will constantly look back on the past, bring the lost people back to mind again and again, and review the details of getting along with each other. In any case, this lost experience will restrict itself, resulting in a state of atrophy and a scar. As long as I think of it, I am full of emotional feelings and feel uncomfortable all over. This is what every one of us will experience sooner or later.

I would like to emphasize here that ── is something that every one of us will experience. Because any form is impermanent and is formed through a combination of other conditions (cause and effect). So, you will live and you will die. Will come and go. It's impossible not to die. It's impossible not to leave. Including limited life, including any relationship established between human beings, including any house, any structure, will collapse one day. Death, including the ── of the end of any form, can be called a small death. The end of any form is a small death. Death in any form leaves a hole and a loss in our hearts. Strictly speaking, we have to face death in every moment. Even if a thought comes, it will go. You will live and you will die.

The death of appearance is also the best gateway to the change of consciousness. Even, the more sudden and the greater the stimulus, the greater the chance of change. Because it brings pain in itself, and this pain is extreme, it will make our thoughts flow suddenly step on the rickshaw, in an unreasonable way, let our consciousness "move" to face impossible changes.

Through death, or any major loss, it is usually easier for us to feel the gap in life. In other words, behind this tragedy, there is a deeper dimension of life. This level brings both comfort and peace. Many people have had this kind of experience, ── tears flow endlessly, but under the tears, the heart is quite calm. This state of thoughtlessness is difficult to describe in words. I don't understand until I've experienced it.

This calm, that is, this moment ── "here!" Now! Let us have a clear perception without adding a second thought, not even a thought of sadness.

We can understand why most people want extreme experiences that are exciting and adventurous. For example, haunted houses, bungee jumping and roller coasters can make people reach the same mindless state and jump out of the world. That is, to achieve the realm of thought death. Of course, there are people who want to use alcohol and drugs to achieve the same thoughtlessness. Through these experiences, I want to fall into a deeper level of life, that is, the realm of thoughtlessness.

Unfortunately, these methods, or any pursuit, are unreliable. It can only bring a mindless experience at most at that moment. Gone, thoughts and troubles come back.

When we talk about death, including loss, we only emphasize the loss of form. However, from the point of view of all life, it is impossible to die. Our most original sense of oneness has never been born, how can it die. The consciousness of this unity, that is, each of us exists forever, has never been restricted in any form. And it includes any situation we face in our lives.

Generally speaking, death is about the limited objects we see, that is, "I", "you" and the various identities and relationships we see in the world. Usually when we talk about death, we mostly revolve around the life of this body. Almost no one has ever thought that talking about the death of life is a contradiction in itself. Because the real life, that is, all of me, is eternal.

Death is not the opposite of life. Death is only the opposite of "life". Life is eternal, neither live nor die. It itself includes a colorless and phase-free layer. Only in the outside world can we see death.

Spiritual practice is inseparable from the death of the idea of "death" ──. We have thoughts every second and never stop. It is the biggest test of this form of world.

We do not need to talk about the death of a large form, such as the death of a loved one, or the major loss of a relationship or relationship, to describe the crisis of the formal world. In fact, in life, the end of any other small form, even the death of an idea, will bring us excitement and leave us with all kinds of emotional uneasiness. We can also say that the constant ups and downs of thoughts, life and death are the root of any concept of death. There is no thought ups and downs, there is no idea of death at all. Everything is calm and safe. There is nothing good or bad to talk about. Let thoughts fade away, naturally, instead of suppressing ──, that is, the passage into all life.

The real practice is only a clear choice to let go of any thoughts. Just let your thoughts die.

In this way, there is only one difference between spiritual practice and death: death, or great loss, is involuntarily forced to open to a greater life to face this greatest mystery, while spiritual practice is active "death" and only voluntary "death". Disappear any identity brought by "I". In other words, die in every moment. Is also reborn from the next moment. Know how to die, a person, can really live. All life can be found.

If you know how to die, die at any time, or even welcome the arrival of death, you will naturally open the door to life. Let's get into the life level of "immortality". If I look at life from this point of view, I will find that if I am not afraid of death, there is nothing to be afraid of in this world, and what things and thoughts cannot be let go.

Furthermore, the death of the body is only a process of transformation, only from "have" to "no". Through the melting and dissolution of the physical form, we can let the colorless and invisible light come out. Understand these, in the process of death, in fact, there is no need for fear. In the last moment, I have to hand over all of myself to accommodate any changes brought about by life. In this way, you can get peace that you have never experienced in your life. This peace is the serenity brought by colorless invisibility.
