This is me without anything on my face, just with peach me lipstick from faces Canada

I love myself and my skin. I am often asked by people how I look so good without makeup. It is all because of the skincare regime I follow religiously and the natural products I can swear to. To look beautiful is our right, and it is not about our colors and facial features but just about our flawless skin. Many ignorant people of our generation forget to give the value and nourishment that our skin needs. Yes, our skin also needs food. And as organic food is good for our health, organic products are right for our skin in the long run. I always try to go with organic products.

I was not a skincare woman till I turned 22-years-old. I believed in what I had been criticized during my school days on acnes and incredibly dull-looking skin. I thought that I'm likely to be the same ugly woman, and nothing will work on my skin since every skincare product I tried has done nothing but irritated my skin. It took a long time to realize I wasn't born with imperfect skin. I left it together with my poor and careless way of life. Finding and committing to some regular products has always looked like a daunting task for me. The absolute variety of products available on the market is shocking, and you need to ask yourself questions such as: "Why does my face require a miniature rolling pin?" That is just what I did for the first 22 years of my life. But after a buddy of mine recoiled in horror once I confessed, I didn't use a daily face cream often; I thought perhaps it was eventually time that I changed that.

Fair skin isn't merely an issue of DNA -- your everyday habits, in actuality, have a large effect on what you find in the mirror. However, based on what product reviews you browse or physicians you consult with, there's a dizzying variety of comments on everything from the best way to moisturize to the way to protect yourself from UV rays. In the end, taking care of your skin is just private. Now my perception has changed. I love to flaunt my radiant and healthy skin. I rarely wear any makeup because I don't need to put a lot on my face to look beautiful. But wait, as I told you prior, that once I had dull and scary skin. You must be wondering how I dealt with all imperfections of my face and made them perfect in 5 years. Yes, I am following a personal beauty routine for the last 8-9 years, which I am going to reveal today. First, take a glimpse of how do I look without any makeup (not even lipstick).

It is me with nothing on my face🙂

My Skincare Regime

I use minimal to no cosmetics. On a routine basis, while heading out, sunscreen and my daily moisturizer are the two things I use for my face. I began using sunscreen at age 20. It is the only thing I wore on my face when I was unaware of how to take care of my skin. Sunscreen has an essential part. You truly can not afford to bypass it. Trust me, and thank me now! I avoid using foundations because they probably give some damage to the natural beauty of our face in the long run. I use Lotus sunscreen for my face to protect my skin from harmful UV rays. This is a gel-based sunscreen that prevents excess oiling of my face, and it contains SPF 40 that protects my skin from tanning because of harmful sunrays.

And yes, I use lipsticks, or you can consider me a lipstick freak. I am a big fan of Faces Canada lipsticks, and my favorite shade is peach me, which goes well with my natural looks. But I use lipsticks only when I am going out; at home, I prefer to use a lip moisturizer from The Body Shop.

My day Skincare routine

One other important facet for healthy skin is a great skincare regimen. I searched a lot with this too. The objective of any skincare pattern would be to tune your complexion so that it's working at its finest and troubleshooting or targeting any places you would like to operate. As your skin wants changes with age, you need to shift your skincare regime accordingly. You might believe you're too young to require moisturizer or your skin is too oily - however, all skin types want one daily. When you have your skin is greasy, find a moisturizer that is shinier and lightweight. Therefore, it will not block your pores.

First, I want to confess that no outer face packs, creams, or masks can work for your skin if you do not give a healthy diet to your body and a tension-free mind. I was not aware of this fact of nourishment from inside, but now I follow a strict and super healthy routine. My day starts with one glass of warm lemon water with some added honey. At breakfast, I eat only seasonal fruits. I eat minimal spices and sugar to maintain the overall health and shine of my face and hair. My diet consists of green leafy vegetables and whole grains, which provide me with many vitamins that take care of my entire body. I drink 7-8 glasses of water daily. Apart from these, I use natural products on my skin and hair. Even when I use cosmetics, it must come from a reliable brand and contain organic ingredients. Let these three measures, which I follow in my routine to become your everyday ritual, strengthen skin.

1.Cleanse Skin Daily

Yes, I ensure to clean my skin daily. I wash my face twice daily with the face wash or gentle cleanser, which suits me. I regularly clean my face using some gentle face wash, and my all-time favorite is Vitamin E face wash from The Body Shop. It is very mild and gives me the exact moisture that my skin needs, and removes dirt and excess oil from my face.

I wonder how a woman can forget to cleanse her body when conscious about cleaning the face's skin. For cleaning my body, I use body wash from The Body shop British Rose shower Gel. I needless to say, after the shower, I feel very romantic with its enchanting smell.

2.Exfoliate Skin Regularly

Without exfoliation, my skin looked lustreless and dull. When I have started using the scrub for my face and body, my skin looked more even and smooth. I use a homemade scrub made up of rice flour, lentils, honey, raw milk, and lemon for my face. I apply this scrub each alternate day to maintain the glow of my baby soft skin.

Ingredients of my face scrub

❤Rice flour- 1 tablespoon

❤Lentil powder- 1 tablespoon

❤Honey- 1 tablespoon

❤Turmeric powder- a pinch

❤Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon

❤Raw milk- as required to make a little flowy consistency

Procedure- I mix all the ingredients except lemon juice and leave to soak for an hour. After one hour, I mix lemon juice in the mixture and apply on the cleansed face. Then I leave the face pack for 15 minutes, then gently exfoliating my face after washing it with cold water. And the after results are my super smooth and glowy skin.

I never ignore my lips. Our lips add beauty to our face; for my lips, I use honey and sugar scrub. I exfoliate my lips daily before sleeping to remove any stains of lipstick left. It is not just my personal belief to remove any bit of makeup from the skin, but there is also a science behind them. Our skin rejuvenates at night; it breathes. So, it is better to cleanse our face and lips before going to bed. And for my body, I use MCaffeine coffee body scrub. I am stuck to this product from my first use. Thank god this scrub is not harsh on my skin. It gently removes all dead skin, and the fragrance is a killer one. I am totally in love with this product.

3.Moisturize Daily

Find a fantastic moisturizer for your skin, which is suitable for you. With this, you have to know that your skin type. The best thing that you can do to protect your skin from aging and dulling is to slather on some excellent and organic moisturizer for your skin. I used a couple of mild lotions out of the boutique and Himalaya face creams, but to tell the truth, I do not feel like repurchasing them, and I cannot spend my money on those. For my face, I use The Bodyshop vitamin E daily cream. It lasts more than those face lotions and has multiple applications too. The reason for using this cream is that it suits me pretty well. My skin looks moisturized and still not oily. Vitamin E has lots of skin benefits, and so this cream nourishes my facial skin from layers within.

Again, I need to moisturize my face's skin and the skin of my body to stay overall beautiful. For moisturization of my body, I use Nivea body lotion. This body lotion is for dehydrated skin. And you will be confused to know that my face has a combination of skin, but hands and other body parts are on the drier side. This lotion takes care of my dry skin. After using this, I have not faced any dry flakes coming out of my skin.

Coming to my night care routine

Night skincare is significant because when we sleep, our skin absorbs most. I am in love with facial oils and serum. I use The Body Shop's oil of life facial oil and roots of strength serum, and I admit these are magical for me. It has been four years while using it, and not a single day I can miss them. I apply the serum after cleansing my face with Vitamin E face wash. After 5 minutes of serum application, I use three drops of oil of life facial oil on my face and neck. It needs to be massaged gently to sink into layers of skin for the dewy glow. Regardless to say, I swear by these fabulous products.

For My Hair

Your whole body needs to be maintained to look beautiful, and your hair plays a significant role in beautifying your facial looks. The life we all live in today's world is full of pollution and stress, which harms our hair and leads to different hair problems. Being a woman, I think that taking care of our hair is very important. And for my hair, I use coconut hair oil (that too of The Body shop) for moisturization.

Also, I use homemade masks to nourish and wash my hair. When I was using shampoo, I experienced a lot of hair fall, and my hair was very rough and shineless. But when I shifted to natural products for my hair, my hair falls reduced to a negligible number. And I don't mind losing a few strands daily because it is realistic, according to science. I want to share my favorite hair mask, which you too can give a try for your hair; either you are facing hair fall or dull hair.

Fenugreek, yogurt, and honey hair mask

So, my all-time favorite is fenugreek and lemon hair mask. I need powdered fenugreek, yogurt and lemon for it.

❤I let two tablespoons of fenugreek powder to soak in 1 cup of water overnight.

❤In the morning, I mix a freshly cut lemon and squeeze its juice into the soaked fenugreek.

❤Then I add two tablespoons of yogurt to the mixture, and my hair pack is ready to get applied on my towel-dried hair.

❤I usually leave this pack for half an hour on my hair and then wash it with lukewarm water.

❤I use hair dryers only when I am in a rush. And no one is in a hurry while applying a hair pack. I towel dry my hair and let them dry in the fan.

❤And my hair feels so smooth and bouncy that you can't imagine. I love touching my hair again and again.

That was all about my skin regime and my favorite products; I hope you will try some of them. These products and tricks have done magic to my face, and I get lots of compliments for my minimal makeup looks. Have a nice day; see you all in my next post.
