1. Take a bath with oats and milk

You can prepare its scrub by mixing oats and milk. For this, mix one cup of raw milk and 6 teaspoons of powdered oats in a bowl. Massage this paste all over your body while taking a bath. You will see the effect after using it for a week.

Oats can work like magic on itching and dry skin. Oats act as a barrier for the skin by maintaining the moisture level in the skin. The same raw milk helps in maintaining the moisture and making the skin soft and smooth.

2. Neem recipe

Pluck fresh neem leaves and wash them thoroughly. You can also prepare a paste by grinding the leaves, or you can take a bath by adding neem to the bath water.

Neem is considered a medicine in Ayurveda. Its anti-bacterial and antifungal properties can help maintain skin hygiene by fighting skin infections.

3. Icing With Ice

Tie ice cubes in a cotton cloth and apply it on the affected area. You can get better results in 15 to 20 minutes of training.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar

Along with health, apple vinegar has also been considered beneficial for the skin. For this recipe, you can take apple cider vinegar in a bowl and apply it on the itchy areas with the help of cotton. It will also give relief in skin problems by fighting the bacteria that cause itching.

5. Massage of mint oil

Peppermint oil has been shown to be effective for itching. For this, you can also massage with mint oil before sleeping at night. Mix a few drops of mint oil in coconut oil and massage it well. This will give you quick relief from dryness, itching
