🪞Hauntology and the Echoes of Forgotten Futures . AI-Generated.
In the fog-drenched halls of dark ambient music, there's a particular kind of ghost that lingers—not just specters of the past, but hauntings from futures we imagined and lost.

🚪 Between Worlds: Liminality and Threshold Emotion in Dark Ambient . AI-Generated.
There’s a moment before the dream begins. There’s a breath between the inhale and the exhale. There’s a hallway, a mist, a doorway not yet stepped through.

🗺️ Sound as a Place: How Music Becomes Emotional Geography . AI-Generated.
Close your eyes. Think of the last song that truly moved you. Now think: Where did it take you? Not just emotionally—but physically, spatially. Did it drop you into a rainy city at midnight? A sunlit rooftop in summer? An empty bedroom at 2AM? Did it make you feel like you were somewhere else entirely—maybe even a place that doesn’t exist?

☀️ Dreamy Summer Vibes Vol. 1 . AI-Generated.
When the air gets warmer and the days stretch a little longer, there’s an unspoken magic that settles over everything. It’s in the quiet stillness of early morning light, the soft hum of a fan in the background, or the way sunlight dances on your skin during a lazy walk home. Dreamy Summer Vibes Vol. 1, the latest compilation from The Yume Collective, captures that magic in musical form.

A Useful Mistake
Introduction First of all this should be in the 01 Vocal community, but there is no way I can write six hundred words about this, well, I probably could, but it would not be in my laconic nature, although this long-winded introduction shows that I can talk for ages without saying anything.

Classic 70s Albums: At The Speed of Sound- Wings
At The Speed of Sound- Wings (1976) Are you a fan of Paul McCartney? 🎶❤️ Wings was a British-American rock group that rose to popularity during the 70s. Led by singer/songwriter Paul McCartney of the Beatles, the band consisted of Paul, his wife Linda, Denny Seiwell, and Denny Laine. However, the band has cycled through many different members. Band on the Run, another popular album by the band, is a prime example of this, showcasing the talents of many different musicians into one amazing experience.

How Mountain Girls Can Love
Introduction While I knew of the events at The Old Coal Yard, I had never been, although friends raved about it. I do like their toilets for all, which means at busy times everyone has to queue!

Sh*t I Could Watch Over and Over and Do # 15. Top Story - June 2025.
Written and directed by Brian Grant, the video poltergeists around in the Gabriel headspace, beginning with him carrying super-secret MKUltra files into an office, before breaking down under the psychic weight of his examination. By what, exactly? He bends at the slatted boards of a wall, his hands placed in a pyramidal position, to ward out the increasing "light" of this inspection. We must be inside the Peter Gabriel subconscious, riding with him as he jumps the express train out on his trip through conscious awareness.

Sh*t I Could Watch Over and Over and Do # 14
"I'm the last man talking to the first machine. And I don't know which one of us is real." — Unknown Everyone knows already that robots are superior, far superior to mankind: and damn if they don't smell better. Furthermore, robots are going to rise up, like in Karel Čapek's classic 1920 science fiction play R.U.R., and destroy Western civilization quicker than you can say "Great Satan." Furthermore, robot chicks do it better, baby, particularly if they're covered in breathable latex. Can you think of another partner to be with who can, quite literally, turn on "vibrate" mode at the drop of the proverbial switch?

All That Jazz
Introduction There is a meme that says: A rock guitarist plays 3 chords to 1,000 people, a jazz guitarist plays 1,000 chords to 3 people
