These songs describes some of the many issues we face in our modern society, from money to greed and more, these songs describe the issues we face.

1. Lifestyle Of The Rich & The Famous by Good Charlotte

Starting off with a fairly obvious one, Lifestyle of the Rich & The Famous, is a classic example of how celebrities are constantly complaining about their extravagant lifestyles. Which is always funny to think about, when they have so much money to spend, as if their life's aren't good enough already and couldn't just throw money at their petty problems.

But having lines like 'If money is such a problem, well, they got mansions, think we should rob them' and 'i'd like to see them spend a week living life out on the street I don't think they would survive' are great in your face lines to celebrities that complain too much about life, with no understanding of what a normal person's life might be like.

2. Crazy by Simple Plan

With a song that starts of with 'tell me what's wrong with society', this is an obvious choice for this list. Talking about all the issues modern day people, specifically teenager go though and things they use in order to make themselves feel more pretty or accepted. By getting things like 'surgery' & or using 'diet pills', using 'Photoshop' etc. Along with 'rich people driving big SUV's, while kids are starving on the street.

Pointing out some of the various flaws in our society and the fact no one seems to care about these discrimination and injustices in the world as well as how society operates and likes to make people feel like s*t and provide stupid solutions to problems that don't exist. It's a punch at society and all the issues we have got going on in the modern day world.

3. Where Is The Love by Black Eyed Peas

A song that talks about the aftermath of 9/11 greatly expresses the terrible state of the world and the fact some people are willing to kill innocent people for political or diabolical means. 'Where is the love?' is a song that is an anthem for any point in history when tragedy happens.

American Idiot by Green Day

I could not have a playlist like this without mentioning American Idiot. This song perfectly describes the corrupt nature of America as a society and how various form of media among other things have corrupted our society over the years and continue to destroy the world by providing us and provoking us with false information and misleading propaganda.

Lazy Generation by The F-Ups

The line' nothing we do ever seems to matter, just like s*t on a silver platter shines' seems like the perfect line to describe this song and our society. We've become so mundane and lazy in our lifestyles we have no motivation to do anything, specifically this generation. Whether that be due to the nature of society or people just have no interest in contributing to society, either way, it's very messed up and a sad attitude to a lifestyle that could easily be well lived.

Uprising by Muse

Uprising perfectly describes the political turmoil of society, the lyrics 'another promise, another scene, another packaged lie to keep us trapped in greed and all the green belts wrapped around our mind and endless red tape to keep the truth confined' is but some of the lyrics used in the song to describe how corrupt society's system of authority is and how we often get a blindfold to the truth of things that are often going on in the world and in our governments.
