Enough of the same overplayed songs every year - this is a FRESH mix of upbeat EDM rave, trap and thrashing rock music for this Spooky season, the best of all Halloween music like you've never heard it before, going all night long! You can expect a seamless collection of your favorites, your forgottens, your undead songs and spookiest vibes to get you and all your guests dancing til they're dead... Mwahahaha 👻👻👻

NOTE: for best results, change your Spotify settings to fade into the next song to create a great party mix all night - and turn off shuffle! Here's the YouTube link too, if that's more your speed this Halloween:https://youtube.com/playlist

First up, it's Stranger Things like you've never heard it before - ready for the dance floor and ready to turn your world upside down. Then heads will roll with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, followed by Halestorm's hard rock twist on Gaga's classic "Bad Romance": I want your horror, I want your design / 'Cause you're a criminal as long as you're mine... I want your psycho, your vertigo shtick /Want you in my rear window, baby, you're sick"

Alice Cooper was an obvious choice to add to this mix next with the upbeat track "Keepin Halloween Alive" which segways perfectly into "Spooky Scary Skeletons" the Undead Tombstome Remix version by Andrew Gold. And what would a Halloween Bash be without the "Halloween (Main Theme Remix)" by the Trap Remix Guys?

Spooky synthwavers Dance With the Dead pick up the beat with "The Man Who Made A Monster" which is the perfect mix of eerie synths and big bashing drums to get the blood pumping, before we race headlong into the searing rave synths of the "Flying Spaghetti Montser" - a monster of mythical and religious origins ready to wrap you in its pastafarian tentacles at the moment of apocalypse: "And I heard as it were / The moment of thunder / One of the four beasts saying / Come and see, and I saw / And behold... Spaghetti" (Be prepared for the sickest breakdown right here)

"Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites" is the Halloween EDM hit of the century, so of course there's some Skrillex on this playlist! There's nothing better than these snarling monsters and twirling sprites to get your guests moshing on the dance floor. And strap in tight, because we're taking flight with a trap remix of the famous "Hedwig's Theme" from Harry Potter by Trap Geek (who says Muggles can't enjoy Hogwarts for a night?)

"Can you save my heavydirtysoul for meeee?" wails Tyler Joseph from Twenty One Pilots, followed up with lyrics that are meta as hell: "Mindless zombies walking around with a limp and a hunch / Saying stuff like, "You only live once" and "death inspires me like a dog inspires a rabbit". Nothing more terrifying than never-ending existential dread, amiright? Well, who would know better than the Addams Family - they're creepy and they're spooky and all together ooky - and they're also another set of spooks that get a trap remix of their theme by the Trap Remix Guys.

Our number 13 in the mix takes us back into the doom, gloom and darkness with "Phantom of the Opera" - the metal version by Jonathan Young from his iconic VILLAINS album: "And in this labyrinth / Where night is blind / The Phantom of the Opera is here / Inside my mind" ...This whole album and project is just to die for, by the way. Especially on Halloween.

"This Is Halloween" gets an even darker sound this time around by the incredible vocalist Izzy Reign, featuring Cody Jamison, Ryan Ridley, Christian Koo, and Randalive in this hard rock cover of the Danny Elfman classic from "Nightmare before Christmas". Absolutely... Killer....

"I'm the bad type, make your mama sad type" And in case you were wondering, she's the "Bad Guy" - it's Billie Eilish. Duh. Need I say more? Beetlejuice is certainly a bad guy too, and the following remix of his theme by Keiron Raven will get your skeleton fingers snapping and decapitated heads rolling in this next track, a trap / electro remake of the original song:

And okay, fine, I admit it. I literally COULD NOT find a better version of "Thriller" by Michael Jackson than the original version. And you know it's true, you can't help but groove... "cause this is Thriller! Thriller night!! And no one's gonna save you from the beast about to strike... You're fighting for your life inside a killer thriller tonight, yeah"

But enough of that funk, because it's time to "dig through the ditches and burn through the witches and slam in the back of my Dragula!!!" with Rob Zombie, bringing us back to the hard rock hype of a Halloween night. And this next track you probably won't recognize! No worries, because Shiny Toy Guns has a lot to shout about in their track "Ghost Town" which is an instant Halloween headbanger: "Everyone living in ghost town / Everyone buried in waste land... We're dead in this ghost town... so let go of me!"

We're now running up to the end of the playlist with the second to last track, "Goosebumps Theme" remix by Retrospectre. It's an upbeat remake of the iconic song, and transitions perfectly into the greatest and best song in the world - or, at least, a tribute to it - from Tenacious D in their cover of "Time Warp" from the classic Rocky Horror Picture Show. Why this version? Um, because why not??? Jack Black freaking nails it.

And there you go, my girls and ghouls, you've now got access to the most smashing Halloween bash playlist of all time, on both Spotify and YouTube. So get ready to rock, roll and absolutely lose your mind (but it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insa-a-a-ane).

*insert witchy cackle here*

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, AND PARTY HARD, MY FELLOW BASHERS!!!
