Here are the updates for both the Billboard 200 and The Hot 100 charts.

First off, I missed last week's Billboard update so I feel the need to mention that SZA debuted at No. 3 with her first studio album, CTRL. Amazing!

Okay, now for this week. As our Top 3 stands: Lorde slides into the No. 1 slot, 2 Chainz follows at No.2, and Kendrick Lamar stands at No. 3 in the album's 10th week running.

As Lorde's second full-length album, Melodrama earned 109,000 equivalent album sales. As reported by Billboard, this is largely due to traditional album sales with 82k. Debuting at No. 1 is a huge deal for any artist but definitely for Lorde since her first album, Pure Heroine, debuted at No. 3.

2 Chainz came in at No. 2 with his fourth studio album Pretty Girls Like Trap Music with 106,000 units. As reported by Billboard, Pretty Girls had 57k in traditional album sales and it "collected the most on-demand audio steams for its songs among any album on the chart, with 46,000 SEA units." Oh and it's also his fourth top 10 album—go ahead 2 Chainz, keep doing your thing.

This was a big week for debuts. Not only for Lorde and 2 Chainz, we have four other debuts in our Top 10. Some music in the air, this is definitely a good year overall for music.

  6. More Life, Drake14wks, peak No. 1
  7. Divide, Ed Sheeran16wks, peak No. 1
  8. BEAUTIFUL THUGGER GIRLS, Young ThugDebut
  9. Crack-up, Fleet FoxesDebut
  10. 24k Magic, Bruno Mars31wks, peak No. 2

There are not as many debuts in our top 10 of The Hot 100, but a lot of familiar faces. As our Top 3 stands... well it hasn't really changed one bit. "Despacito" stands in its No. 1 slot for its 7th week running. DAMN! At No. 2 remains DJ Kahled's star-studded "I'm The One," and following is Bruno Mars with his "That's What I Like."

When Luis Fonsi's "Despacito" reached No. 1 in May, it was the first time a Spanish song has landed at No. 1 on the Hot 100 since the 1996′s mega-hit “Macarena” but Los Del Rio. The song is also topping the Hot Latin Songs for its 21st week running. This also marks Justin Bieber’s fifth time with a No.1 song—including last week with DJ Khaled. Let’s not forget to mention Bieber currently features on to two songs in the Top 3.

What's better than featuring on two songs in the Top 3? Well actually owning the songs that's what. Besides "I'm The One," DJ Khaled's "Wild Thoughts" debuted at No. 4 this week. Okay okay, it's not technically the Top 3 but it's close enough. With his release of Grateful last week, DJ Khaled is clearly taking over the summer. A rip of (my favorite) Santana's "Maria Maria," "Wild Thoughts" features Bryson Tiller and Rihanna. As reported by Billboard, the track serves as Rihanna's 31st top 10 song and her third highest debut of her 60 Hot 100 entries.

And well, Bruno Mars... is Bruno Mars. His talent is undeniable and made of magic, 24k Magic that is. "That's What I Like," like it's predecessors, charted at No. 1. For 23 weeks, the song has played musical chairs but remains in our Top 10. Bruno Mars is holding on strong in both charts.
