What would happen if we stopped using plastic?

Most of that plastic waste is still with us, entombed in landfills or polluting the environment. Microplastics have been found in Antarctic sea ice, in the guts of animals that live in the deepest ocean trenches, and in drinking water around the world. After graduating from junior high school, I came to work alone in this strange city. Twelve years ago, one night, I passed a barber store when I came home from work. In the store there was a dirty, long-haired madman was thrown out, his clothes were dirtier than those picked up from the garbage dump. It was summer, but he was wearing a variety of clothes, thin, thick, men's, and even women's clothing. Also wore cotton pants, and tied a sweater at the waist, his hair was long as if it had not been cut for years in general.

How high is the reward for protecting giant pandas?
Because extinction is always present in nature, and no species is necessarily "indispensable," the motivation to protect biodiversity always seems less than "sufficient. Unless, of course, it is "profitable" for humans to do so.
