Leveraging the body’s inner temperature to melt excess fat
In 2023, after using 170 years of clinical data, the research teams at Stanford University School of Medicine have recently made a breakthrough discovery about the science and understanding of metabolism. Clinical trials conducted by scientists in Switzerland have also backed the study's findings, proving that the common denominator in all overweight men and women is a lower inner body temperature. The body's internal temperature is directly correlated to a person's metabolism; thus, people with lower inner body temperatures have a slower metabolism, which means that they may be more prone to gaining weight. In fact, studies have shown that for every degree drop in body temperature, the metabolism may slow down by 13% or more.
