In the following paragraphs, I will try to elaborate on the role of the 5E model of instruction in relation to developing the 21st century skills among students.
Lesson plan is an across-the-board guide for instructors to compose and classify the instructional activities for a teaching session. It administers a comprehensible and systematic framework for the learning process. Key constituents of the lesson plan include objectives, resources, activities, assessments, feedback, evaluation, etc. The lesson plan is an organized guide that outlines the objectives, associates them with the set standards, lists the mandatory materials, and instructional plan of action. It varies from schools to colleges to universities, etc. Examples comprise teaching subjects like project management by keeping in view particular objectives, material required, activities, assessments, etc.
Understanding is defined as the human capacity and ability to comprehend. One should be aware of particular things while acting or perceiving some particular message. The same is true regarding comprehension of concepts even complex concepts.
Adult Learning Adult learning is also referred as Andragogy which defines the role of teacher as facilitator and helper by offering opportunities to their students to learn by themselves and gain new knowledge from the resources provided by the helper and from their background knowledge.

We are talking about finding mental, moral and social changes that occur in the structure of the student’s personality and directly affect his behaviour. The goal is to assess the sum of each candidate's knowledge and measure what they achieved during their training to assess their abilities.
