Big Foot
These are fictional tales based off the urban legend of Big Foot. Everyone's heard of the Big Foot. The giant monster that stalks the north western woods of Washington DC. The question on everyone's mind is; "does a beast like that truly exist, or is it just myth?" We are not here to claim whether or not Big Foot is a real entity, but to share with you a couple of tales about this terrifying being. I must warn you that the events we are about to share, may be distressing to some audiences. Those of you who are afraid of Supernatural creatures my find this these tales disturbing.

Polybius
This is a fictional tale based off the urband myth. During the early 1980's a mysterious game could be found in many arcades across Portland, Oregon. Some may remember an all black arcade cabinet, with no title to read upon display. Many were intrigued and a little unsettled by the bare arcade cabinet, that appeared to have no name or art style to it at all. This strangely drawn in a lot of attention, beating the far more colourful competition, as the game's screen was supposedly hypnotic to look at. Players were seemingly entranced by this machine, like as if it possessed some sort of Hypnotic spell upon it's victims. The spirals and lines that crossed and dashed all over the screen, were fascinating to behold, with the perfect sounds to hook unsuspecting children into playing such devilry. For those unfortunate players would soon become addicted, spending every last cent they had to play a game or two, or three, four, five, six... Yet, it wasn't just the drug-like obsession that destroyed these poor innocents. Players would soon suffer severe side effects. Many would feel nauseous, some would have terrifying nightmares and others, most unfortunate, would suffer seizures and so much more. Yet these players would return time and time again, without fail, even after leaving the hospital, they'd crawl right back to it. They'd play the game non-stop, even at the detriment of their own health, until an untimely death would finally free them of their addiction. This game began to disappear across every arcade within Portland, after these harrowing stories began to spread like wildfire. Sadly, this only made the game more infamous and sought after, many began to give this game the nickname of "Polybius". Some have claimed this arcade cabinet always had this title on it, others say different. It is uncertain whether or not this game truly did display it's title or not, for it is believed that every cabinet was destroyed by 1983.

Halo: Combat Evolved - Retro Review
Has the legendary Xbox title stood the test of time? Is it still just as epic and fun as it was back in 2001? Well, join me as I jump back in time and revisit this old classic, let me tell you my ups and downs while playing it, and whether or not I still recommend you try this epic space adventure.

Doom (2016) Game Review
When the classic doomer shooter returned, and back to it's former glory (unlike Doom 3's survival horror), me and so many other gamers were over the moon with excitement and anticipation. Doom (2016) released with huge success, reviving the love of former fans, who had missed it's epic gameplay and intense shootouts. The game was everything the original used to be, but with a new coat of HD paint and a few new additional features to stop the game from feeling out dated. Although the game still does have a couple of minor flaws, which I will go over in this review.

Farcry 5 - Game Review
With Farcry 5's anniversary edition recently released, I figured it would be interesting to have a look back at this classic game and give you my take on it. In my opinion, this has got to be one of my favorite games on console, but mainly for it's impressive map editor (Arcade Mode), for the story and single player itself was fairly mediocre in all honesty.

The Silence - Movie Review
As a huge horror fan, I feel foolish waiting this long to finally get round to watching this modern classic. The Silence is a truly intense survival horror movie with a premise similar to that of A Quiet Place, with the monsters being these flocks of blind demonic bats (with super hearing), from deep beneath the earth's surface, much like the blind xenomorph style Aliens from out of space we see in the Quiet Place. The Silence feels both modern yet vintage with it's story, giving us plenty of zombie apocalypse vibes, while having our protagonists escape a hundred hungry bats, much like the Alfred Hitchcock classic, The Birds. However, the film is not without it's problems, which I will discuss within this review.

The Last Of Us VS The Walking Dead
Two very similar ideas battle it out in this article. The Walking Dead and The Last Of Us now both have TV shows and video games. After playing and watching both series, I am here to finally settle this debate, what is the better zombie apocalypse story?

The Last Of Us - TV Series Review
The Last Of Us TV show takes a lot of stunning and brave changes to the video game original! A lot of the episodes completely retell the events of the game, with entirely new story-beats, settings and characters. However, does this new HBO adaptation live up to the original game? Read on and I'll tell you what I think!

Scream VI - Movie Review
Scream returns again, with familiar legacy characters and in New York too (just like Jason!). However, I feel like this new setting is rather underutilized though, we only get three scenes where New York is used to give us something new/special: The characters living in an apartment building rather than a house, comes into play in a very tense scene where Ghost Face sneaks inside without their knowledge. The neighbour across the street can see the killer stalking around, he tries to desperately get their attention, but the buildings separating them is too difficult for him to get any reaction! This is followed by a very tense scene, the neighbour throws a ladder across his window to their building, with a 50 foot drop between them! It leads into a rather gruesome death where one of the characters falls to the ground, after Ghost Face shakes her off the ladder. Another scene is used at the beginning of this movie, a character wanders down a very spooky alleyway. The New York setting gives this area an overwhelming sense of dread, making us feel tiny against the giant skyscrapers between our poor victim. She gets jumped and killed by Ghost Face, in a rather chilling jumpscare, that ends in a horrific slaying! The last scene is the best and it is in all of the trailers; Ghost Face shows up inside a subway train! This is a lovely nod to Jason Takes Manhattan (which is shown in the movie on a TV, just to confirm this reference); where our killer stalks our protagonists in the train, when the lights start flickering and Ghost Face sneaks up closer and closer, I was honestly sitting on the edge of my seat. These three scenes were a great change to the formula, giving us a new and exciting setting. Unfortunately the rest of the film could've been filmed literally anywhere else, as most of the scenes in this entry look no different than any other Scream movie in my opinion.

Cyber Criminal: Web Of Lies
This is a preview for my next book, Cyber Criminal: Web Of Lies. It is about an infamous hacker who finally gets caught, he is quickly black mailed into using his hacking skills for good, rather than bad. However, our main character isn't exactly a goody two shoes, for he is a very selfish and cruel person, will this experience change him for the better?
