Absent hearts skip beats Addicted to your presence Sad thirst, blue for you
By J.M. Moonabout a year ago in Poets
Chime my frosty moon Melting winter hearts, as if It's all made of snow
Chilled touch, chilled kick start Arctic fingers wrap my heart Drive dark forces blue
Dirt blue candlelight It's time to feed your hunger Harsh is winter's vein
Such cozy laughter Only echoes now in our walls Blue thoughts, barren home
Hold my hand, winter Ice kept inner demons blue Leave your hope for spring
Love is a blue bird Hues mislead where sadness plumes Love is the blue bird
Waves break on my shore What breaks my sleeping silence? Blue thoughts lost at sea
I owe to my dad These eyes tinged with his deep blue A debt I saw too
I see you, blue moon Dusty cheddar chunks hidden In blue buttered veins
With chilled breath and hope You’re the morning I wait for Sunrise, Winter blue
But who knows dreamers? Hopes pinned to this moon in blue Caught in dreamer's pull
