With peaks come valleys Plateaus too; uphill and down Keep on moving.

Each mountain stands tall We all have a history Use it to build up.
Stand strong supported By only myself; no one Else to bolster me.
Self-love regardless Shoulders back, eyes to the sky It's my life; it's mine.
I wear many hats Snow-capped to colors, brown, green Change like no other.
Even mountains cry Water falls down from the sky Flow creates new life
Hold my head high through All the changes, though not all Are loved equally.
We're ever-changing. Transformation; rainbow; snow; Barren; green buds grow.
Even mountains fall. Avalanches crumble down The rocks start anew.
You showed me my strength I learned to stand tall and proud Rainbow crown unphased.
A stepping off point A warm embrace to return From a long journey
Blanket or a cage Some see constraint but I see The freedom of choice.
