The Actor Who Impersonated Thrawn
Grand Admiral Thrawn was one of the most notorious leaders in the Galactic Empire’s history. Even in death, his legacy was one for the history books. Many Imperial leaders wished to emulate him to succeed against the New Republic. So much so that in a desperate attempt to top the Imperial Remnant from making peace, loyalists hired an actor to play the Grand Admiral to trick the New Republic into breaking the truce between the Imperial Remnant and the New Republic. The name of that impersonator was Flim.

Pablo Hidalgo Debunks Early Versions of the 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' Series Featuring Darth Maul as "Key Villain"
Hubba, Hubba, Hubba, who do you trust? Seriously, when it comes to Star Wars news now, who/where do you trust? See, I look at sites I trust due to their credibility, sites such as SlashFilm, Variety, Cinemablend, Collider, Entertainment Weekly, and The Hollywood Reporter. And now I have a little bit of doubt, the worst kind of doubt. The little whisper at the back of your head kind of doubt.

What Is In The Appendices Of 'The Lord Of The Rings'?
When The Lord of the Rings Amazon series was first announced to be in the works, there were many speculations about where the series would take place in the lore and timeline of Middle Earth. The most obvious answer that fans came to was that the series would be taking place earlier in the narrative, before the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. J.R.R. Tolkien wrote extensively about the early ages of Middle Earth, and there were a lot of good stories to pull from for screen adaptation. Plus, some of the characters (or ancestors of the characters) that we have met on screen and have come to love could be included in the narrative.

Where Will Jar Jar Binks Make His Return?
Ex-squeeze me, but where exactly is Jar Jar Binks? Over the last decade, we've seen quite the resurgence in prequel-related Star Wars content. Despite the mixed reception to the prequel trilogy, George Lucas did not give up on his plans for the franchise and went forward with the acclaimed animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Over the course of (eventually) seven seasons, the show fleshed out the era in a way that would simply be impossible in the span of just three movies. Following Disney's acquisition of the franchise in 2012, there seemed to be a bit of hesitation from Lucasfilm to openly embrace prequel content in its first few films. However, this would thankfully pass as Star Wars Rebels, Rogue One, The Last Jedi and more Star Wars projects would gradually integrate elements of the prequels.

'The Adam Project' Director Reveals He'd Love To Direct A 'Star Wars' And/Or Marvel Movie
About a year ago, in a city far, far north… filming wrapped on Netflix’s The Adam Project. The film stars Ryan Reynolds as Adam Reed, a soldier from the future who crash lands in 2022 and has to team up with his younger self to save the world. It is an interesting concept, though one I doubt is all that original. It has just been released on Netflix and has already earned a fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes. Taking place on Earth, in our world, it seems about as far removed from the Star Wars galaxy as possible. However, the director would like to pay it a visit someday.

Why 'The Amazing Spider-Man' Movies Are UnderratedTop Story - March 2022
When Spider-Man: No Way Home hit the movie scene in December 2021, Spider-Man fans were given the ultimate treat, with all three Spider-Man actors from the recent movie arcs making an appearance. So we had the original Spider-Man Tobey Maguire, The Amazing Spider-Man Andrew Garfield, and the modern-day MCU Spider-Man Tom Holland. This movie was absolutely brilliant and really delivered, and the three-way story arc was perfect.

Brutally Honest Review Of 'The Batman'
Matt Reeves’ The Batman is another dark and gritty take on Batman. That might sound familiar to anyone who has watched a Batman film in the last 30 years, but Matt Reeve’s take on the caped crusader does a lot to set itself apart from the previous films in Batman’s cinematic history. Not only does it stand out from the previous “grounded,” “realistic,” and “dark” Batman movies, but it also rises above them to be one of, if not, the greatest Batman films we have ever had.

The Odd Creatures That Block The Force
That is not how the Force works…or is it? Star Wars Legends have a lot of strange and wacky things. Many of them are not always what many would consider in line with the mainstream lore of the Star Wars universe. Of course, that is a debate for another time. There are a few creatures that many would argue contradicted the way the Force. One of these creatures is simply known as the Ysalamiri.
