Here Are All Of The Retcons In 'The Bad Batch'
Prior to Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm, and with it the entire Star Wars franchise, there were several different layers of story canon and retcons abounded, particularly between the sixteen years between the release of Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace. During this particular time period when no new Star Wars saga movies were being made, Star Wars books, video games, comics, and other content expanded away from the movies and broadened the Star Wars universe and introduced new characters and stories, mostly following the events of Return of the Jedi but also occasionally dipping back into the original trilogy time period, especially with the 1996 multimedia event featuring Shadows of the Empire, which was set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

10 Of The Best ‘Star Wars’ Villains, Ranked
Star Wars has had a rich cast of characters both good and bad. However, their villains were some of the best that have existed in any media past or present. They were ruthless, cruel, sinister, and downright evil. They each had their own reasons for why they do what they do, and that was what made them such great villains. Before we get into the list, I specifically stuck to canon Star Wars characters. While I debated on putting a couple Sith from Legends on the list, I really felt that the main canon had enough to fill a "Top 10," and the Legends villains really should have a list of their own. That being said, here are the greatest villains to plague the Star Wars galaxy.

As the Star Wars train rolls on with weekly new episodes of The Bad Batch and the release of The Book of Boba Fett at the year's end, news concerning Star Wars content on the big screen remains slim and slow to arrive. With the release date of these scheduled movies multiple years away, it's only natural that the Disney+ shows have taken center stage in the eyes and hearts of fans.

The Secret Background Behind Star Wars' Blaster Sound
The Star Wars franchise is easily one of, if not the biggest, franchises on the planet. The fanbase spans generations, thanks to the continued new projects and expansions on the original story, but a big part of the franchise's continued success, is the soundtrack which accompanies each film. The legendary John Williams has scored numerous successful franchises, including Indiana Jones, ET, and Jaws, to name a few, but Star Wars fans hold a special place in their hearts for him thanks to the music included throughout the entire saga. No Star Wars fan can listen to "Binary Sunset" or "Across the Stars" without feeling a sometimes overwhelming range of emotions.

All The Ways The Jedi Should Have Known About Order 66
The ending of the prequel era indisputably comprised the saddest tragedies in Star Wars: the reveal of Chancellor Palpatine as the Sith puppet master behind the galaxy-wide conflict, the fall of the Chosen One to the dark side, the execution of Order 66 by the loyal and formidable clone army on their Jedi generals, and the virtual collapse of the entire Jedi Order. However, from a bystander's perspective beyond the fourth wall, it is somewhat baffling how the Jedi was completely blinded of the sinister plot. We look at the movies, Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series and Legends materials to identify why (and how) the Jedi should have known about Order 66, the destructive means of fulfilling Darth Sidious' devious master plan.

'Star Wars' May Be Bringing Back Boba Fett's Original White Armor
We are six episodes into Star Wars: The Bad Batch. This author has been watching the adventures of Clone Force 99 (and Omega) religiously every weekend now to avoid any spoilers that may come up. A few characters from other Star Wars projects have made their appearance in the show. (Remember how many cameos we had in the premiere episode alone?) As usual, SPOILERS ALERT if you are not caught up with The Bad Batch.

Ranking The Top 10 Most Powerful Jedi Of All Time
When asked who my favorite Jedi is, I admit I am partial to a certain green one I cosplay. There was a time when we only had three movies, a few short-lived shows, specials, and a growing slate of books and comics to consider for such a list.

Kelly Marie Tran Opens Up About Online Abuse From 'Star Wars' Fans
Fandoms, for the most part, are wonderful things. Usually, they are whole communities filled with people sharing their love for a movie, TV show, game, etc. However, when the internet and news mix with upset fans, fandoms can quickly turn toxic. Some stars have even been bullied by fans online for simply taking a role in a series that fans disagreed with for some reason or another.
