Mark Hamill's Loving Reaction To A Father Using The Force On His Child
Back in 2011, there was a Volkswagen commercial during the Super Bowl, where a young boy dressed in a Darth Vader suit tried to use the Force on various items in his house as well as to mind trick the family dog with little success. Just when he was about to give up, his father helped lift his self-esteem.

'The Empire Strikes Back' Is The Best 'Star Wars' Movie And Here's Why
The continuation of Luke Skywalker's adventures across the galaxy, The Empire Strikes Back is a favorite among Star Wars fans and moviegoers alike. Arguably the most well made of the saga films, Empire faithfully and skillfully continues the story first seen in Star Wars, while simultaneously expanding the universe and setting it apart from other sci-fi franchises. While Star Wars was an undeniable smash hit, perhaps the most important episode of the franchise was the one to follow it up. If it had been a misstep, George Lucas' vision of a Flash Gordon-like anthology of films would have gone up in smoke. With Splinter of the Mind's Eye waiting in the wings as a "soft sequel," Lucas was certainly on edge with how his saga would be received. However, with the addition of talents such as Frank Oz, Irvin Kershner, and Billy Dee Williams, The Empire Strikes Back cemented itself at the forefront of Star Wars rankings.

Jason Isaacs Says That He Would Return To 'Star Wars' If Given The Chance
Esteemed British thespian Jason Isaacs has been in many of the biggest film franchises that the world has ever seen. From his turn as the evil Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter, to the vaguely southern Captain Gabriel Lorca in the new series Star Trek: Discovery, to the villainous Grand Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels, he just needs to find his way into a The Lord of the Rings project to complete the set. So far, he hasn't been seen in any of them in the past couple of years, but that isn't for lack of desire.

We Bet You Didn't Know That Darth Vader Has An Apprentice Who Is Canon
In the Star Wars fandom, many are already familiar with the idea of Darth Vader having a secret apprentice. Thanks to The Force Unleashed video game in 2008, players got to experience what it was like to play as a super powerful Force-user trained by Vader, and see what role that apprentice would play in the beginnings of the Rebellion. That apprentice was Galen Marek, better known as Starkiller. (George Lucas did not want him to have a Sith name, suggesting "Darth Icky" and "Darth Insaneous" dismissively.) But of course, this video game and its sequel are classified as Legends, and they would not quite fit in how the current canon has been established, given that the 3D-animated series Rebels painted a pretty clear picture of the beginnings of the Rebellion.

All Of The Retcons That Have Happened In 'Star Wars'
When you have a film franchise as long running and expansive as Star Wars' it can be difficult to maintain all the diverging plot lines. Since 1977, the franchise has grown across every medium imaginable. Comics, books, video games, and TV shows have added to the brand and sometimes established plot points that need to be reworked. There are many reasons for such changes. Sometimes the writers decide something works better in a different way, or maybe it’s to patch potential plot holes. Here’s a few of the more famous, or sometimes infamous, changes added to Star Wars over the years.

How Every Character From ‘Rebels’ Could Make Their Live-Action Debut
The Star Wars Rebels animated series saw the introduction of a huge range of new characters such as Ezra Bridger and Hera Syndulla, as well as the return of fan favorites from Star Wars: The Clone Wars like Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan Kryze. While the latter two made their stunning live-action appearances in Season Two of The Mandalorian (portrayed by Rosario Dawson and Katee Sackhoff respectively), the Specters (and also Grand Admiral Thrawn of course) have yet to make their debut.

'Fallen Order's' Free PS5 And Xbox Series X Upgrade Out Now
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was, to a lot of Star Wars fans, a surprise hit when it released in 2019. Star Wars games post-Disney purchase up until that point had mostly consisted of the Battlefront reboots done by EA, which were full of controversy at best. When Titanfall developer Respawn announced they were making a single-player, story-driven Star Wars game, fans were understandably skeptical. After the game's release, it quickly became one of the best Star Wars games that came out in several years, and it restored fan’s faith in Star Wars games going forward. Now Jedi: Fallen Order will be hitting the next generation of consoles.

'The Book of Boba Fett' Will Feature Never Before Seen Boba Fett Flashback Scene
We really know so little about Boba Fett, but he has been such a beloved character since The Empire Strikes Back, and his first ever appearance in Star Wars Holiday Special. Prior to Boba Fett’s re-introduction in the Mandalorian, he must have been up to something on Tatooine, or beyond. After all, he went from being slowly digested over a thousand years by the Sarlaac to fighting by Din Djarin’s side. In a recent interview with Rotten Tomatoes, the actor who portrays Boba Fett on screen, Temuera Morrison, stated that we are indeed going to see Boba Fett’s past in the upcoming The Book of Boba Fett.

Darth Maul's Crimson Dawn Has Finally Returned To 'Star Wars'
Marvel Comics continues its massive multi-issue story arc War of The Bounty Hunters with Bounty Hunters #13. Previous issues showed the struggles Boba Fett had to endure in order to get the carbonite frozen Han Solo to Jabba the Hutt, as it seems that nearly everyone else in the galaxy is looking for the captain of the Millennium Falcon as well: from Darth Vader and the Empire, to Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, and C-3PO, to Dr. Aphra and Sana Starros, to the Hutts (who think that Fett has betrayed them), and of course to countless other bounty hunters who believe themselves to be faster and smarter than the man in the Mandalorian armor.
